Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I frequent this location and I came by during lunch today. They were some what busy but I do wish the sandwich maker would give the cashier time to place the order before they begin making it. I specified certain items and I heard the cashier relay it to the sandwich maker and the items were still left off of my sandwich. I asked for extra jimmy peppers and I have no jimmy peppers.

This happens often when the sandwich maker begins the sandwich before the order is even complete.

7/15/22 be sure to check your sandwich before leaving the store. As I feel they did rectify my last issues, I will return but what is the point of adding things to a sandwich if the sandwich maker doesn’t add them…it is even listed on my receipt. No jimmy peppers and I asked for extra….

From this point forward as of 2/16/23 I will not be visiting this location any further! Bc it’s obvious my sandwiches are being intentionally made wrong. Don’t order delivery from this location. Placed delivery order for a combo ($18 including delivery). Arrived with no drink! Driver spoke little no English but said he would return with the drink in cinco minutes. Waited in the lobby at work for 20 min and no drink. Called to address the issue and request a refund. 1st call the guy spoke too fast and hung up before I could understand the resolution. Called back and the general manager Susan answered to say the only resolution was to return with my drink or get a $2 for credit (less than the cost of the drink). The $2 credit could not be added to my account and could only be used at that location by me calling ahead. I don’t live close or frequent the location. Asked for a refund due to the inconvenience as I’m working and unable to go up and down. No refunds allowed. So if they get it wrong, they will only remake the food or credit for that location - both options inconvenience the customer. Very disappointed and will never order...

The food was classic JJ, that’s not why I gave it 2 stars. The 2 stars is for the EXTREMELY poor delivery service. I have ordered delivery from this location 5 times since I moved to south end (2 months) and each time it takes at least 1hr for my food to be delivered and on two occasions the delivery guy couldn’t be bothered to get out of his car and walk it to my door. Called me and told me he was too busy to walk the 12 steps to my door and told me to come out and get it. Very Very poor customer service.
