They lost a good customer in me.ill Never go back here again.this place is behind my dialysis center and two techs told me not to eat from there.one tech is from Honduras and she said it's just not right.the other tech witnesses a cook come out the back with apron and gloves to dig thru the dumpster and went back in the kitchen with the same apron and gloves.I decided to still check them out so I order my wife and I some food online On THEY website about 8pm and clicked on the tab for it to be ready at 1030(the time I get out dialysis)and on dialysis, leaving dialysis either your Really drained or Really hungry and I was hungry. Get in the restaurant bout 1035 thinking I'm bout to get my food and gone home,nooo.the 1st girl checked my phone went to the back ,came back and said not ready yet.2to 3 minutes later she comes back check my phone again and go back to the back.she finally come back and then say we don't have your order. Mind you they website took and accepted my $25.88.another lady comes out the back check out my phone and say that website is not linked to they restaurant, only door dash,likeAnyone is supposed to know that.As I'm telling her how inconvenienced I was she's cutting me off not letting me talk saying just cancel and the money will come back.i canceled and the website said 3 to 5 business days for my money back.I was Sooo upset.No compassion No accountability and she laughed at me as I was walking out.Im going thru other things in life right now and she Almost made me snap.they don't care about they customers. PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE UNGRATEFUL IMMIGRANTS YALL HARD EARN...

Well, I want to give myself a pinion about what happened yesterday at the restaurant. I got to sit at the bar in the afternoon As I have always gone a long time ago yesterday I was going to be attended to a skinny girl who works there I think she is new because I had never seen her she very kindly offered me the drink everything A Mrs. Soledad approached me that she has attended me many times but she did not let the new girl attend to me and they began to argue they started fighting to see who was going to attend me some call an attention to the owner to place an order especially at that point because if one goes to a restaurant or a restaurant to eat one expects to be attended by the person who touches him or the person who follows him because everything carries an order and she did not let the other girl attend to attend to me and ended up taking care of me she I wanted to tell her to talk to her but I said better I put it in opinion so that the person sees this the boss the owner or the manager Sometimes people the girls more than anything who have been working in restaurants for a long time when a new person comes in they want to ride her as we say they want to grab her they want to humiliate them so I would like to draw attention anyway they have not lost a customer I will go there but that did not seem right to me thank...

Terrible customer service. Although the food is good, their attitudes are so bad it makes the food taste bad. One of the times we went my sister really had to use the bathroom and told the server she needed to use the bathroom but there was no toilet paper to which the server lady said "ok" with a rude face on. Then my sister went later to see if they had put any but they had not. She had to hold it but lucky for her we were about to leave anyways. Another time my husband was drinking horchata, one of the last times we went, and kindly asked the server if she could bring him a refill to which she plainly said "No" and left. My poor husband had to leave with food halfway stuck in his throat. After that when he went to pay for our food and my sister did too (she was with us that day as well), the cashier did not even give them their coin change back. Since it was just coins they didnt make a big deal about it but we all thought it was very dishonest. We just never returned after that. Even though the food is good, it is not worth the kind of treatment you receive especially when you go as a family because they seem to only give excellent customer service to single and alone...
