And the award for THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL , most “ I DO NOT CARE IF YOU’RE HERE AT MY PLACE OF BUSINESS, most WHAT DO YOU WANT , GET OUT OF MY FACE, most “NICETY” AWARD GOES TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! EASTWAY DRIVE!!!!

Memorial Day quick stop to try crazy puffs . I had heard so much about them from an influencer on Instagram I decided to try …,

Time: approx…between 2:oo and 2:45 pm

3 female associates standing at one register appearing to be doing some training

I interrupted . 🤷🏾‍♀️ Sorry.

Three associates , no hello… the one ,most agitated by my presence … the other two, just looked up at me then kept doing whatever they were doing…. Mind you I peeped all three of them watch me, as I approached the door … The one most agitated , no hello . Just the look of “what you want” just keyed in the order like she wished I would hurry up.

Then…. I waited. Suddenly a gentleman appeared from the back….miss agitated just looked at him…. Then…., this was the strangest thing the gentleman that came from the back , to the front , where Miss Agitated was standing by…. Took a box of crazy puffs out of the little Caesar’s little oven things that they have , for the pizza that has already been prepared…. And handed it to me. While Miss Agitated just stood there…. It was so odd . Was SHE supposed to get it out of the oven thing??…. What was really happening?

Y’all know…., as I’ve said 10 times before I’m not hard to please. I’m the easiest customer that ever existed.

Why can’t we just be nice ? Why does Nicety ALWAYS have to be the go to move? Why did I have to wait for dude to come to the front to pass me a box that miss agitated could have given to me…. His hands? Ashy and dirty….. but he was the nicest thing i experienced while at this location,

Crazy puffs? Super super super greasy…. Maybe mister ashy didn’t want to make a fresh batch of cheesy puffs and that’s why I got old greasy ones…. Or miss agitated just didn’t want to hand me the box from the oven thingy….WHO KNOWS????? They had been sitting a while …., as to be expected at little Caesar’s …. But , not bad 🤷🏾‍♀️ This time, …. I was hungry. I won’t be able to eat anything else today just to balance my cholesterol level. It’s fine. Customer Service is at an All Time Low … NOBODY CARES -ANYMORE. These three absolutely don’t..,, clearly it was never a job requirement to care…, at this location .🤷🏾‍♀️ I’ll try Crazy Puffs again from another location that doesn’t mind when a customer comes in🤷🏾‍♀️

Let’s go eat!( just not here)…. Sidenote: also I haven’t visited this location since before quarantine …. It wasn’t this impersonable , and unprofessional the last time I visited . That darn Coronavirus!!!🤨 ⭐️⭐️ Clearly this location has received 1 and 2 star ratings for a reason…,, the reason is because they consistently deliver 2 star...

I went there mainly for Crazy Bread -- I'd been having a craving for it for days leading up. I tried calling several times in advance, to give them a good heads-up, make sure they had Crazy Bread (after another location I'd just come from didn't have Crazy Bread or hardly anything else) and to also try and have my order ready by the time I get there, but no answer. So I go ahead and drive there, just hoping for the best when I'd arrive. I'd planned to get with the Crazy Bread and also for my friend visiting from out of town one other item -- either wings or a veggie pizza -- but when I got there, I found they were out of wings and any pizzas (and weren't making anymore) except for cheese or pepperoni. I don't eat pork, so I just reluctantly went with the cheese. When I hot home, I realized they gave me the wrong food -- cheese sticks instead of Crazy Bread, the ONLY reason I went to begin with, and so now I pretty much have two of the same things -- cheese pizza and cheese sticks 😩😩😩. I tried calling them, but by this time, they were closed. When I was finally able to reach them the next morning, I was told (by a person claiming to be the general manager) that unless I still had the cheese sticks (which we'd partially eaten the night before out of hunger which led me to go to them in the first place!!) to bring back in, they could only offer me a 10% (yes, 10%) discount on a new order of Crazy Bread. 😩😩😐 Contacted Little Caesars corporate about this experience by phone, and online and still haven't heard back from them (a week later). Great...

Basically its like every other Little Caesars but if you have never visited one I'll try to paint a picture. You're craving pizza, let's say you want a pepperoni pizza for simplicities sake. You heard about Little Caesars hot and ready pizzas so you drive over. Walking in you see a few chairs, not enough for the amount of customers this place has. You stand in line wondering why people have been waiting if the pizzas are "hot and ready". You come up, order you pizza, pay and stand amongst the crowd. Your legs start to get tired and only 3 people have walked out with their food, 5 new potential customers have walked in. A grueling 20 minutes later the cashier looks at you holding a box and you grab your food and leave. As you walk out you hear an argument but you don't pay it any attention, you want to get home and eat. Finally you're in front of the TV, getting ready to eat your warm meal. You take a bite and begin to chew but something is wrong..did you accidentally bite a piece of cardboard? No that's the pizza. Usually its overcooked, not sliced correctly and the crust is rarely edible unless you had your teeth coated with vibranium. Disgusted you put the slice down and change the channel till you stumble to news of a Little Caesars employee getting stabbed in the neck. True...
