‼️‼️‼️ UPDATE: my hair is completely balding in the front. My edges were always thinner than the rest of my hair but never bald. It’s been almost two months and started noticing about a month after getting it done. I took one braid out and my whole braid came out. The rest are the same in the front. Husband tried to blame me, but Guy handled it nicely by trying to give me a different hair style to cover it up. But I’m good. Just have to take the L and move on. Experience hasn’t changed so I’ll keep my good review. Just wanted to keep it real though! Don’t recommend if you have thinner hair in the front. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Guy is amazing! This was my first experience at this salon and she welcomed me in with open arms. She really catered to what I wanted. The color that I brought myself, I ended up not liking it, but she gave me different sample braids to make sure I like it. Super fast work, and she knows how to tuck you real hair. (Which I can never find someone who can do that.) They even went to the hair store to buy the accessories that I wanted. Fed me and made sure I had cold water. No lie! I’m not sure if the feeding part comes with the service or I got lucky 😂😂😭but I really enjoyed my experience. I’m definitely coming back!!!...

The ladies were nice, but everything after that was kind of downhill. The picture I showed for size M/L is not what I received. My braids are small and they said they were medium. This review is mostly around the unconventional pain I have around how tight they braided my hair. There was no need for how heavy handed the braider is. I have thick relaxed hair that’s shoulder length . I’ve had them in for about a week and I’m still in pain. I have an event in two days that I need to wear them for but will be taking them out immediately after only have them in for about a total of 9 days. So I called this place like 11 times , I Text them and no reply to anything she’s super rude . It’s simple if you run a business you should call back or reply to text atleast, when i finally got her on the phone she said she’s on vacation and doesn’t want to be disturbed, and I was like how am I supposed to know your on vacation if your not replying to calls and text, it’s simple. But nope she was mad at me for calling her business to book an appointment which says that the business is open and that why I called in the first place. Never got an apology for nothing.
