McDonald's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I'm not sure if a manager will ever get this but I'm hoping that my word counts for something and that action is taken... So husband and I always go to mcdonalds and get mcflurrys because they just are to die for and this time we go through the drive through with our two year old. First, we pull up and the girl through the Mic is very rude but we led it slide. She goes, ( can I take your order) and we simply tell her, ( can you give us a second we're not ready yet).. but, she continues to ask if she could take our order...we finally order a mcflurrys cause she repeated if she could take our order like 3 times and did not let us even look through the menu. We order the mcflurrys and she repeated, ( a double cheese burger?) And so we reassure her that it is only a Oreo mcflurry and she is says "oh, a pounder? And we're thinking that the Mic is broke so we repeated mcflurrys, just Oreo mcflurrys!! Very loud lol ( we were very frustrated so I do apologize to the girl). Anyways, she's says ok hold on and we wait literally a whole minute and we can gear her laughing with someone else and so my husband pulls up to the first window. And the kid who seems super nice tries to repeated our order and he starts with double cheeseburger and some other stuff that he did not order at all. And so we tell him that we just asked for a mcflurry.. so, whatever we adds it and we pay for it and it was like $3 and some change. We pull up to the next window and it's not ready. The girl starts handing us bags of food and my husband is so frustrated but he manages to be nice and return the bags and say that we just ordered a mcflurrys and so she asked for a receipt but we didn't even get a receipt from the first window when we paid. So She says Okay give me a second. And we wait....and wait... And she finally comes with my mcflurry and I'm so excited! And my hsuabnd looks at it and he goes to the girl..( what is this??) And mind you I have not looked in the cup yet.. And so I'm like,honey it's ok by this point I just wanna go and so he asked the girl if she could get another one. The mcflurry looked more like ice in a cup!... It looked like it had been in a fridge for decades to the point we're ice had dried onto the the ice cream. It honestly looked like expired to me and then it had this slimy nasty clear liquid on top that honestly looked like spit. So the girl goes back and closes the window and we can gear her talking to someone else and asked them to redo it and she goes to the other guy..( hey, what is this??!!) ... And then literally everyone starts laughing... She comes back with another one that honestly looked like the same just scooped up the top part off. And my hsuabnd is super mad and frustrated so he tea her that he just wants the money back and she's goes back inside and someone else comes out and I'm guessing it was a manager but she was super rude and says,(( sir, what is the problem?)) And my hsuabnd tells her that he just wants our money back... And she's says okay,can you pull up to one please and husband says no,, I want to wait here. And it takes her a total of 3 minutes to get 3 dollars and some change. No apologize no nothing. She hands us the money and said real mean and loud...( okay, bye!!) And we didn't even wann a argue so we just drive off... honestly worst...

Great Experience at McDonald's on Freedom Dr – Highly Recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's located at 2745 Freedom Dr in Charlotte, NC. This place really stands out compared to many other locations I’ve been to, and I’m excited to share my experience!

Delicious Food: Of course, the food was delicious! I had one of my usual favorites, the Big Mac, and it was perfect—fresh ingredients, hot, and tasty as always. Convenient and Easy Parking: The location itself is really convenient, with plenty of parking available right by the entrance. I didn’t have to struggle for a spot, and the drive-thru was moving quickly as well.

I had the worst experience at this the McDonald's on freedom I ordered McChicken with extra mayonnaise add onions I came through the drive-thru the young man was very nice but when I get to the window to get my food the young lady slender dark skin it was 4:14 according to my receipt she was rude disrespectful when she gave me my bag she put everything in one bag mind you now I had two orders my passenger or his food I was the second order he was taking his food I was dropping him off I asked you a question please put my chicken fries and it's on Bag because we were going to different locations she looked at me held my bag and rolled her eyes at me when she came back with the food I immediately check my sandwiches because every time I order add onions they never add onions so I asked the young lady that I had ordered onions but didn't get them she looked at me and started laughing then she closed the window that behavior and attitude is not professional no she did not take my bag to put eyes on them nor did she even give me some onions in a box I said that approximate 5 minutes another young lady came to the will and told me to go park but she didn't ask me what I need but I could hear the slender short dark skin young lady in the background laughing very very loud so my passenger asked the other young lady could she put some in a bag or box which she did. I did call the restaurant because I would like to have known the young lady's name so I can call corporate Monday morning if I could give a negative 0 I would this type of behavior is very unacceptable coming to this restaurant does not have a family environment I would never come back to this restaurant again anybody read this post if you want a very unpleasant experience go to McDonald's on...
