McDonald's — Restaurant in Charlotte

HAD ENOUGH Once again my wife goes to the McDonald's at 2301 Central Avenue, goes to the drive thru window and orders two Big Mac Meals, large, with two Diet Cokes, and a Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich, by itself. I had texted the photo of the Spicy Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich that I wanted. My wife, after ordering at the window, shows the photo, that I texted her, of the sandwich with the title of the sandwich she had ordered at both the payment window and the pick up window to make sure they had it correct and they told her, "yes that is what you are getting."

Of course when she gets home and we sit down to eat we open the bag and we have a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, not a Deluxe, and two regular cokes, not diet cokes. I asked for the receipt and it says two L Cokes. Is that the designation for Diet? We had to just pour out the cokes as we do not drink sugar drinks. I am tired of driving back up there and complaining. They literally get our order wrong every time we go up there. Literally, Straight up, no hyperbole. Well, we do have one power as consumers. That is to tell our story here and then to not go back to this location.

If I could give it a negative star I would, today went in the drive Thru the lady asked me for my order as I'm giving my order after every word it was (anything else , anything else )and kept asking me what I said , I had to tell her ma'am if you let me talk u can hear my order. So she did and then when I was done she just said drive around. Then got to the window asked for a receipt and they had no receipt paper A NoNo. Then got to the next window they hand me food it was wrong then the fries was stale like they had been sitting for 1 hr or so, so I gave em back and came inside I watched the lady put my old fries in the Grease and give em back they double salted the fries and also I had fries that appeared to have lipstick on it and I seen the Manager with pink ish gloss on so that Mean they mouth touched my fries. I couldn't eat them and didn't allow my kids to eat them, quarter pound wasn't cooked to order how it was supposed to be it was cold , and nuggets wasn't good either , got 2 mcchickens and the mayo looked like it was glaze meaning it was also old I plan to...

I have went in the morning, lunch, dinner, and on occasion- at midnight. Every single time I have went thru the drive thru. I have received wildly varying levels of food and service.

Sometimes it will be five of five stars from the great attitude from the workers and food (nice and warm). Sometimes its great at lunch and sometimes at dinner time. Occasionally, will it be great at midnight.

Sometimes it will be a one of five stars with cold attitudes from the workers and food that has been overcooked (tastes like the workers don't care about how the food goes out). I will say that oftentimes, the McDonalds at night appears understaffed.

Occasionally, the service is quick. More times than not though, I have experienced longer than usual waiting times in the drive thru.

Overall, if I had to average the food and service from every single time I have went - I would say yeah it is average- nothing spectacular. I understand this is a McDonald's but there still should be some sort...
