HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT AND THE WORKERS EVERYTIME WE GO HERE (all but one specific manager a young Hispanic male with curly hair - he is always polite and respectful) but CLAUDIA is rude upper management along with a black heavier male manager with dreds and a white old man all I had the displeasure of meeting at once due to an error on McDonalds end. I purchased a family meal two different days and BOTH orders were incorrect, all the burgers were messed up with tons of ketchup onions and pickles when we asked for plain and then one time they put just burger and bun for all the burgers. I called at the time of both errors and of course no one answered, I left voicemails and of course no one returned my call either time. So on 01/02/2025 my mother called and finally got a answer and it was Claudia who my mother said over talked her, didnât apologize and rushed her off the phone. My mother explained it was two separate occasions back to back on 12/30/24 and 01/01/2025. Claudia told her bring receipt for replacement. I went up there because I know how unprofessional food servers can be and how things can get out of hand. I went up there very professionally and friendly and received friendly service from the young men in the front both said they were managers because the staff is always rude at the windows. I explained the situation and they said they were told by Claudia to replace ONE. As luck would have it, Claudia and apparently other upper management were congregated in a huddle hiding off to the side and I was advised to ask her what to do about the first error we paid for. When I walked up, I spoke and introduced myself, none of them did. I asked was she Claudia, she said yes. Claudia was the only one responding to my inquiries and the heavier black man with untreated dreds only interjected once to say that only one receipt said âplainâ and luckily when my mother placed the order I was on the phone and I told him regardless of the receipt I heard her place the order, we come there weekly and always request plain. So apparently he had reviewed the receipt earlier. After I complimented the younger manager in the front I asked them to clarify I have two incorrect orders from your store and youâre telling me you will not address both correct? Claudia said correct and she canât refund without the food. Again no apology, no acknowledgement of an error and complete disregard for basic customer service which says a lot about their character and leadership skills. Just because someone got their online degree shouldnât automatically qualify them to be a manager. The white old man still has sat in silence. I thanked them for their time and exited knowing full well my intentions fueled by this unprofessional encounter I would be contacting corporate, the franchise owners which I hope wasnât one of them if so it would explain why there is so many errors and also the BBB. I TRULY APPRECIATE HER BECAUSE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE 99% OF THE TIME TO BE CLEAR TWO WORKERS CAME TO MY MOTHERS CAR IN A DIFFERENT SITUATION I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER AND AGAIN THE GUY WITH LIPSTICK WHO HANDS YOU THE FOOD COMES TO THE 3RD WINDOW ALONG WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE BASICALLY ARGUING AND TELLING MY MOTHER SHE GOT THE RIGHT ORDER WHEN EVEN THE MANAGER SAW IT WAS INCORRECT, LUCKILY MY MOM HANDLED IT BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE.    Read moreI waited in this drive thru for a half an hour in the 2nd drive thru lane. I noticed 2 other cars in the other lane continue on after their order. I proceeded to say "hello" into the speaker. No answer and the 2nd drive thru lights and screen were cut off. Annoyed, but calm. I proceeded to pull up to the window to place my order there. When I FINALLY came to the window I asked if I could place my order there. The MANAGER told me I could not and I had to get back in line. If I pulled up to the window, I OBVIOUSLY waited in line. I asked if he could just take my order and Id pull to the side. He told me I had to wait in line behind all the people who got in line after me, on TOP of the newer cars that pulled up. I understand they were busy. I waited in line for a half hour. I just wanted to place my order. I asked again if he could just take my order. He said they were too busy and shut the window on me.
