As I walked in I overheard a gentleman acts where the other coworkers were the only worker there happened to be the female name Jennifer. Jennifer looks angry and stated that she is working by herself. I initially felt bad for Jennifer so as I walked to the cash register to place my order and I spoke to her and I said hi with a smile. Jennifer looked angry and asked me what I wanted. I told her what I wanted to order and I told her that I only wanted a little bit of banana then and she took my payment and the receipts printed out. She didn't hand me my receipt so I grabbed the receipt there happened to be a lot of receipts hanging on the floor so I picked them up as well because I did not know which receipt was mine then she came back and she stated that she needed the receipts she said to me you cannot take all the receipts. I was actually going to throw the receipts away for Jennifer because it seemed like she was having such a hard time and she wasn't able to pick them up from the floor herself so as I gave my receipt back to Jennifer I asked her if she was angry and why she had asked for them so angrily . She said that she couldn't let me have all the receipts because people's credit card information was on there , which was not because there's only four digits on there . The last four digit is in the receipt so people's credit card information is not seen. Basically, Jennifer was trying to make an excuse for why she was so rude to me. I did not appreciate Jennifer's customer service( or the smoothie that I repeated not to have so much banana in) . I think she was frustrated because she was the only worker. You could tell and read it on her face. I think that other people should work with Jennifer because working along just isn't good for her health or for any of the customers that come there . Read moreI'm very dissappointed, I am pregnant going on 8 months now and the first thing that comes to mind when I want a smoothie is a healthy nutritional smootie for my unborn child. I really wanted something very beneficial for the baby. I went to the cashier and it did take me sometime to choose as I wanted something perfect that would help my unborn child and I an anyway but I just saw the same menu with the same smoothies, it's wasn't until after I ordered and they called at the other end of the counter to pick up my smoothie where as I was handed my smoothie I noticed a little paper flyer the size of my cell phone promoting their Premama Smoothie. Which in fact was a smoothie made specifically for pregnancy. It mentions a prenatal multivitamin, which contains folic acid, vitamin D and iron. Everything a pregnant woman would've wanted just like myself! I honestly wished they had this little sign near the cashier as it would be obvious to out because that is where people ordered at. Read moreThis service was horrible. I came in with my wife on 11/26. We originally did an online order, but when we came in they said they didn’t get it. So we had to place the order again. The customer service here is horrible. There were 2 gentleman working and they were moving so slow and had about 7 smoothies to complete. It was so many people in the store and they were moving so slow. When the lady came in she finally started moving the line and smoothies along. When I walked in I wasn’t even greeted. The one guy looked at me and just turned his head They work like they don’t care nor do they act like they want to be at work. If that’s the case they should’ve called off.
