QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Charlotte

1yr ago I gave this location 4 stars. This time it's 1. Staff members, specifically Hazel is not a very pleasant person to deal with. No one greeted me until I greeted them. Every visit that I've had has been a problem at this location. Hazel is not good at listening to the customers nor preparing entree's. If I ask for a protein bowl, then that's what I should be charged for unless you inform me otherwise. I ordered Nachos with chicken and one with Steak. She put half of a spoon of chicken on one entree and half of steak on the other. I was not pleased with the way my food was prepared and wasn't pleased with her attitude after asking what were we charged for. Asked for more protein and she said it would be extra. I'm looking at the amount of protein in the bowl and it's like 5-6pieces. I shouldn't be able to look at my entree and be able to count the pieces of protein. If I decide to go back to Qdoba's again it will not be at this location. I called back to the store and spoke with the GM, Coffi and he apparently wasn't at the store during the time of my visit. I went inside this establishment to inquire about my company delivering their catered food she told me that she needed a courier service and she told me to fill out all the paperwork I did that she said she would have work for me starting that following week 2 weeks went by she never called so I went to another store and she I guess she had to be the one to do it because I had even never been in this restaurant before until I went to talk to her about delivering her food it was in their system to not use my company cuz that's what the university store said even though we need a courier service and I system it says don't use this company and I don't know why she would put that kind of word out about my company I thought that was very rude and unprofessional of her she never called me to deliver anything for her and when I tried to call her back and when I told her who I was she said ma'am I'm busy I will return your call if I get a chance later but she...

Will not be returning to Qdoba!

I've lived in the immediate area for 2 years (and surrounding much longer) and every 6 months or so I'll return to find new management. I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food so I always order the same thing. Unfortunately, every few visits or so this location will change the pricing ($5 sometimes and $9 others) and the inconsistencies seem to be due to a lack of training. I've walked out after they've prepared my order more than once.

First off, I typically only get a steak burrito with cheese, white rice and peppers.This SHOULD BE an "A La Carte" but depending on the staff they count the actual tortilla as an item but it is REQUIRED. It's almost like any restaurant charging for the bowl or Taco bell charging for the shell.

I'm done with Qdoba, I will continue to Salsaritas more for more options and Chipotle less which I consider to be better quality and...
