Sept. 3rd 2018 (Labor Day), 5 something p.m. Whatever shift that is. It was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McD's. I ordered 2 Mcdoubles with no onions and a large sweet tea. The ice tea was really tart by the way. More than likely it hasn't been changed in a while. Then I pulled around to the parking lot to check my order. I noticed tickets on the burgers, stating " NO ONIONS "(like there normally is). Opened the first burger. ONIONS EVERYWHERE! More then usual actually. Opened 2nd burger, the same. So I parked my car and walked in to exchange for the correct order. I told the young lady what had happened and she said no problem and I said thank you. Then she proceeded to walk back to whoever prepared the order. No biggie. Nothing rude was said between me and the young lady behind the counter. I mean, I get it. Things happen. But was a little curious on what was taking so long. It wasnt like they were busy. Just two other people besides myself. Again, no biggie. But that's not what pissed me off. It was when I returned them is when 2 of the guys towards the back of the kitchen proceeded to make rude comments. Then at that point the whole kitchen staff started laughing. After that, the 2 male employees in the back started speaking real quietly, but laughing while doing so. Mind you, I'm right there observing the whole thing. When I finally got my 2 burgers back. I didn't even check to see if they were right this time. Just through them away. Afraid that the snickering was one of the employee telling the other to do something to our food. I definately wasn't going to eat it. It is not my first time having a problem at that location it's just the first time I felt upset enough to post a review about it .I will not be going back there and I will tell my friends about this incident and hope they do not go there either. I'm curious to know is it privately owned. And to think those same people want a wage increase. More than likely I'll see the same group of people 10 years from now still working the same positions. If for some odd reason they haven't been fired yet. Sorry this was so long, but I wanted...
Read moreI have been to this McDonald’s twice and have had poor service both times. The first time was on 7/13/2020. They gave me a sprite that had no carbonation. I told them this and they offered me another drink. They gave me a Dr Pepper and I noticed when I drove away it also had no carbonation and tasted awful. They also didn’t put any sauce in my bag (I ordered 10 nuggets and a kids meal with nuggets) which I didn’t notice until I was back on the road. The second time was today 7/27/2020. They gave me a sprite which again had no carbonation and when I mentioned this she said she would just make it again. I asked how making it again would help if she didn’t change the syrup or something? She didn’t answer and gave me another sprite. Big surprise it tasted the same as the first one: awful. So she offered me fruit punch, but when she handed that to me it tasted watered down with no flavor. What in the world is wrong with the drinks at this McDonalds? They were out of Dr Pepper. Luckily my son had gotten orange Fanta and it tasted normal so I asked for that in the end. I am not sure why the orange Fanta was bubble and tasteful, but none of the other drinks were? Something is wrong with that machine and clearly no one cares to fix it since it had the same issues the last time I was there. The workers also seemed very annoyed that I kept rejecting the yucky drinks. I told them to taste it themselves, I was not making this up! And they didn’t give me any sauce again, but luckily I checked this time. But when I asked for sauce (I should have gotten 2 with my 10 piece and 1 with my kids meal) she gave them to me one at a time and I had to keep asking for another. Stingy much? It was only what they should have given me in the first place. I drive that way twice a month, and I like that they are right off the 77, but I’ll stop somewhere else on my drives home from now on. Though for the sake of others, please check your drinks and please put sauce...
Read moreToday I went for the absolute last time to this McDonalds. I asked for a Big Mac and a $1 tea with lemons. The cashier was nice and the server at the Drive thru was nice and while I waited I saw a girl bringing ice to the drive thru station.
I arrived home and opened my tea to squeeze the lemons and found no ice. I could have lived with that but I had no ice at home. I looked in the bag for my receipt so I could return the Tea and there was no receipt.
I called the store and spoke to Christina a manager and asked how she would feel if these two things occurred to her and told her about the ice being delivered while waiting in my car however her excuse was maybe the order was mixed up as some people request no ice.
Really, it was obvious there was nbo ice until the other young lady brought some ice.
This si about the 5th to 6th time something unusual has happened to me at this store from hamburger patties nearly hanging off buns to special sause in the hamburger container and not on the burger to just burgers that taste weird and most often not seasoned.
I view of the fact the burger is now smaller and $3.59 each McDonalds is no bargain and really just a rip off.
I have noticed that the attitudes and work behavior is most likely to result in this level of service where certain types of workers are working and begs to the Worldwide McDonalds attention as to quality control and care or is this just about low wages, ever higher pricing and an attitude that the public...
