Website was too confusing, there are no directions for the next step when you order the prepaid multiple pose pictures. I paid for multiple poses, and was given 3 days to choose the poses I wanted, after paying $50. This was not information given while ordering the package. And when I returned to the website with link before picture day, I couldn't even find any information to help me know what to expect.
I leave for work about 6:30 am and get home 6:30 pm, and by the time I get home, I have just enough time to eat and shower before I go pass out. Which means I didn't have a chance to read the email saying I only had 3 days to make a selection. And the following days I was frustrated trying to figure out how to choose the pictures, while being tired. Every time I tried to pick poses, it looked like it wanted me to pick a new package or purchase more photos. I'd feel bad for someone like my parents if they had to navigate this website. How about giving your customers 5-7 days, and be more clear in the ordering and paying process what the steps are to selecting the poses.
Lastly, common sense and GOOD customer service would say if my customer paid for a $50 multiple poses, and they haven't made a selection, maybe a better choice is to give multiple poses of a random selection. I would have been happier than getting ONE pose, and it being the worst one of all three. I get stuck with the one that is a close up of the crumb at the corner of my kid's mouth. That shows that your company has zero care in how you present your product to...
Read moreYou guys should be ashamed of yourself. Taking advantage of families for a memory to cherish for a lifetime. If you guys lost your contract with schools. You would be out of business because you could not fund your scamming operation. They have 6 packages you can choose from. The most expensive package (75$) comes with 16 print products. That’s just to many photos but it is your only choice because you get two poses of your child. A upper body shot and a full body shot. Any other package gives you one pose. I don’t even how to explain how the rest of the packages breaks down because it does not make sense. The price they charge for photos does not make sense. 16 prints (2 poses, all prints sizes and duplicates for 75$. 4 prints (single pose/wallet size) for 35$. You had a good experience going there. Just wait till they come to your child’s school for...
Read moreFalse advertising. The pictures came out fine but I do think the prices are high for digitals. Nonetheless, we paid the extra for the physical prints and digitals. The website mentions you will receive the digitals immediately after the payment is made. Once the payment was made there is an automatic email with confirmation and says it will take up to 24 hours. Ok fine. Now after 4 days of payment, still no digital pictures. Now on the 4th day there is another promo email that also includes (please wait up to 5 days for your link to be sent to you). If I would have known this I would have waited a few more days for the physical pictures and took them myself. Also super weird the digital prints cost way more than the physical ones when it’s less work? Not sure if we will...
