⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Worth-the-Drive Colombian Dining Gem!

We made the trip all the way from Raleigh to Charlotte just to try this new Colombian restaurant — and it was absolutely worth every mile. From the moment we walked in, we were transported. The ambiance is stunning and gives a refined, upscale feel — you’d never guess you’re in a strip mall once you step through the doors!

Our server, Marlon, was fantastic. He was extremely attentive, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Service like that is hard to find!

We had read a few reviews about wait times, but honestly, ours was perfect. I actually get skeptical when food comes out too fast, and like anyone else, I don’t love waiting forever either — but our lunch was right on point. We ordered, enjoyed some delicious Colombian drinks we hardly ever get to have, and our food arrived in just about 20 minutes. Ideal timing.

And the food? Amazing. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and the portions — especially for the prices these days — were incredible. We left full, with food to bring home, happy, and already excited to come back.

Excellent Service and Amazing Experience!

I had such a great experience dining here, and I have to give a special mention to our waitress, Natalia. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. Natalia was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive—she checked on us at just the right moments, made sure our drinks were always full, and was very knowledgeable about the menu.

She gave great recommendations that turned out to be absolutely delicious. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about the customers’ experience. Her positive attitude, warm smile, and professionalism really stood out and made our meal even better.

The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything came out hot and perfectly timed. You can tell the restaurant takes pride in both its kitchen and service staff.

The restaurant itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere—comfortable but with a touch of elegance. It’s the kind of place you can come for a casual lunch or a nice evening out.

The food was good, and we didn’t have to wait long for a table, which was great. However, two things did bother me.

First, the TV monitors throughout the restaurant were showing political content the entire time. When we go out to eat, we want to relax and enjoy ourselves — not be reminded of all the stress and drama happening in the world. It really took away from the dining experience.

Second, we were a group of only four people, and the tip was automatically added to our bill without any notice. Then, when paying, the system still prompted us to choose another tip (18%, 20%, or 25%), even though one had already been included. That’s confusing and can easily lead to customers paying nearly 40% in tips without realizing it.

It’s disappointing because the food itself was good, but the atmosphere and billing practices left a bad impression. I hope they reconsider how they handle both...
