Mr C's — Restaurant in Charlotte

My Niece suggested my Daughter and Grands visit Mr C's "Restaurant" but I have never eaten from a food truck before, if I had known it was a truck instead of a restaurant in a building I would have not gone there, The food was okay I got the Chicken sandwich which had two nice size over cooked pieces of Chicken strips on a overly size toasted bun, one very small fifty cents size piece of slice tomato, lettuce, onion and mayo with a side of okra, my Grandkids got hot wings with okra, 6 shrimp with Chicken pieces two sides of okra, Daughter and son in-law had two large Cheese burgers with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo, two sides of okra, I was happy to know they all were satisfied with their food, they took our order inside after we paid but were wondering where the waitress was going when she headed towards the door and went outside 😳, she took the receipt out to the food truck where they prepared our food outside in the truck, when our order was ready they brought it into the tavern to us for carryout, all in all the food was...

My parents and I found this place on doordash while visiting family for the weekend. We got into town from the DMV kinda late and were looking for something that was that was open other than Mcdonalds. The app said we werent too far so we decided to drive there and just order the food. Mind you. Im 35 with kids, so my parents are older. We also didnt know that this was like a bar/party kind of restaraunt. Upon arriving someone standing outside made it apparent that they were displease to see us walking towards the establishment. She ran across the parking lot after loudly talkin about my mother and I then ran directly to the guys standing at the door then all of them turn and looked at us. I really didnt appreciate all that just to get a bunch of dino half seasoned chicken wings. I appreciated the fact that it wasnt food from a drive thru, but wheres the southern hospitality? The atomosphere immediately made my dad feel like someone was going to start shooting at any moment too... first and last time...

I recently visited Mr. C Entertainment Club to celebrate a friend's birthday, and I was blown away by the delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere! We arrived after leaving a nearby club, and while I was initially hesitant about trying the food, I was pleasantly surprised by the fish and shrimp dishes—they were absolutely fantastic! The seafood was cooked perfectly and had great flavors.

The environment at Mr. C Entertainment Club was cool and friendly, making it an ideal spot for celebrating special occasions with friends. The staff was also welcoming and contributed to our overall enjoyment of the experience.
