Musa Moon — Local services in Charlotte

I gave this company a try and was very pleased with my first visit. After my second and third visit I noticed that the prices were different some of the containers were opened and the owner still sold them or at least tried to and the shift in attitude.

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but it’s been over a month and I still do not have my order nor has Bree who is the owner decided to reach out to me to let me know where my order is again a whole month has gone by and I have heard nothing. At this point I have contacted my bank as well as reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I do not live close by but I would’ve made the attempt to come get my order if I were alerted with feedback and or a call: response. I think the lady upfront was her mother who was a pleasure but when dealing with the actual owner, Bree, the good vibe vanished. If there is a personal issue(s) that are causing a disruption and understand this is a pandemic we’re going through, at least let the general public know that you’re backed up or that your business is not open. I’m also the one that offered to buy 20 T-shirts and haven’t heard yet anything about that order.

The owner told me not to go online to purchase sea moss because it had a lot of salt in it, but when compared to others hers was no different. It appears that she’s ordering just like we are, but overcharging. I don’t think the owner is serious about her business as she thought she was. I’m just trying to get a response and I’m getting nothing I’m going to spread the word because there are other companies/markets out there that will have what you’re looking for.

I thought I had found the one place that I could go to that was local, but this is absurd. The only response I got was Hi. If you’re not serious about your business I would suggest closing your doors because this is a slap in the face to our community I have spent nearly $2K with you and this is the thanks that I get.

Ordered some sea moss from her through Instagram. The day I paid I asked if the package would be shipped or if I can pick it up, and I was told it could be dropped off. This was on a Friday. I never heard anything back from her. I messaged her on Saturday with no luck of finding out anything. On Sunday, I messaged her to ask if she just needed to deliver it, she asked for my address and then I heard nothing more from her. I communicated with her Wednesday asking about when I would receive the package and heard nothing. I emailed her Friday and heard nothing. I made a public post on Instagram that Saturday and she responded within four minutes of me posting to my story (which I thought was interesting because I didn’t get a response when I tried to be private about the matter). I was told that she was working on packaging and would send me a tracking number when it was in the mail. I responded to say that could have been communicated, how it’s unprofessional to ignore customers, and I’d be looking for the tracking. Fast forward to Wednesday, I find out I probably have my package via her story where she says she’s sent off packages. I had to only hope mine was there since I didn’t get my tracking number. Luckily it was there after a week and a half of little to no communication from Musa Moon....
