My 2 cousins, daughter and I got our hair done 1 week and 3 days ago and my hair is a mess. My cousin just wanted two boxer braids with 4 feed-ins she took it down the next day after notifying her that it wasn’t nothing like she asked. The lady hung up on her after yelling to come back in 2 days.. I wanted 3 layer tribal braids which wasn’t bad but it was not styled pretty at all, my daughter got lemonade braids and she put some box braids in it talking about oh she’s just a kid too much pressure. My daughters hair is extremely long and she has had the style before. My other cousin who went hair was terrible the first day and instead of the lady saying something when the other girl was doing her hair she decided to wait till she was all done and the hair dresser left to speak about how her hair was done. The owner even told her I don’t like your hair it’s not what you asked for and told my cousin to come back in a week to have it redone free of charge. Why wasn’t anything said as she was getting her hair done?

I got my hair braided today by Ms.Vicki and I have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR. She was awesome , not only does my hair look beautiful. Vicki is an absolute sweet heart! She loves what she’s does , she even redid 2 braids because she didn’t like them (thoe they were fine) it’s the extra effort that counts!

She made me feel super comfortable and I will definitely be retuning back !

My hair DID NOT LAST, I’m not sure what hair she used but it doesn’t stay. My literally got frizzy within 3 days. (Way too frizzy; to the point where I had to take it out) I’’ m not sure if she’s was having a bad day, But I rebooked an appt . Schedule it, when I got there was 3 ppl waiting !

I’m very accommodating so I told her, just shoot me a text when your near done and I’ll come then Never got a text, call, Or anything. Said to say b/c my first service was great , and I don’t like being the one to be negative.

Very dissatisfied with the service and her unprofessionalism. When I booked my appointment she told me a time and I show and she doesn’t get started on me for at least a hour. She kept jumping from client to client so I was in there all day for a service that should’ve taken a few hours. I had braids falling out not too long after the service, I scheduled another appointment to get those fixed and no exaggeration I waited outside her shop for a hour in a half on her, after she gave me a time she still didn’t arrive until a hour in a half later. She does not care about others time at all. She redid my edges and THAT same weekend I had some braids fall out and I got get them replaced and she charges me AGAIN when it hadn’t even been a week of...
