The experience here is horrible. Be prepared to not be greeted, humiliated in front of the entire restaurant for asking if items are gluten free for allergy purposes and interacting with rude waitstaff. My only positive thing to say about this place is they offer a gluten free bread option, which should be the norm everywhere. Just because youâre family owned and operated and have been established for decades doesnât mean you can treat and talk to people the way you do. We are guests in your restaurant paying your food cost, paying your bills, paying for you to pay your employees. Itâs really disheartening to be treated like an inconvenience because the entire waitstaff is always in a bad mood. When I called they suggested the sandwiches be remade and I come back to get them. Uh, no, I'm already 15 miles away but thanks. Maybe offer a refund next time. But don't worry, there won't be a next time. Telling everyone to avoid this place. Sadly I want and like to support the small guy, but these guys just aren't trying apparently.
3rd time now they canât get simple sandwich orders...
