Pinkies is an absolute gem among dessert destinations, and my experience here left me utterly mesmerized! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their banana pudding, and let me tell you, it's an otherworldly delight that comes in a straight bucket of huge goodness! From the moment I stepped into this charming establishment, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the friendly staff, setting the perfect tone for a memorable dessert adventure. The ambiance of Pinkies is inviting, with its cheerful decor and cozy seating arrangements, making it an ideal spot to savor sweet treats and share joyful moments with friends and family. As I perused their impressive menu, my eyes immediately fixated on the tantalizing description of their renowned banana pudding, and I knew I had to give it a try. When the moment of truth arrived and my order was served, I couldn't believe my eyes. The bucket of banana pudding was massive, and it was beautifully presented with layers of luscious, velvety pudding intermingled with generous slices of ripe, creamy bananas. Each spoonful of this exquisite dessert transported me to a paradise of flavors, where the sweetness of the pudding harmonized perfectly with the natural goodness of the bananas. It was a dance of tastes that left me wanting more with every single bite. The texture of the pudding was simply divine, neither too dense nor too light, striking an impeccable balance that catered to all my dessert cravings. It was evident that the chefs at Pinkies possess a mastery of their craft, infusing their creations with love and passion that radiated through every mouthful. The combination of ingredients was flawless, and the banana pudding felt like a symphony of taste that played a delightful melody on my taste buds. What made the experience even more extraordinary was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, genuinely caring, and took the time to ensure that I had the best possible experience. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to assist with any inquiries made me feel valued as a customer, leaving a lasting impression that I will cherish for a long time. To complement the mouthwatering banana pudding, Pinkies offers an array of other delectable treats that cater to various palates. From scrumptious cupcakes to decadent brownies and more, their diverse menu truly has something for everyone. It's a haven for dessert enthusiasts and those seeking to satisfy their sweet cravings in the most delightful way imaginable. In conclusion, Pinkies is a dessert paradise that never fails to amaze with its exceptional offerings, and their banana pudding is a delightful masterpiece that demands to be savored. The combination of outstanding taste, friendly service, and inviting ambiance creates an experience that transcends the ordinary, making each visit an unforgettable journey of culinary pleasure. If you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing Pinkies yet, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the bucket of huge goodness that is their banana pudding - a dessert experience like no other!

Awesome atmosphere, great food. I had the harvest burger (burger of the month for November). It seemed like it was missing something flavor wise and the leeks made it a bit hard to eat without making a mess but overall it was pretty good. The meat and the bun were winners and next time I think I'd prefer to get a regular burger with ketchup and mayo here. Since this was stop number one on my year of burger restaurants in Charlotte I figured I may as well try some other things too. The crab puppies were delicious and I'm not sure if they make their tartar sauce but it had a great taste. I wanted to eat the whole basket of those puppies by myself. I also was able to try the fried pickles. Good taste. Nothing over the top amazing but they were cooked right and not insanely greasy which was a win for me. For a side I got the sweet potato chips with wasabi ranch. Those were delicious. Perfect crunch. Great by themselves too. I tried the wasabi ranch on everything as it was really good. It worked on the crab puppies as well as my harvest burger (gave it a little something extra). My friend got the fried squash so I gave it a go too. Seemed pretty fresh. Fried nicely. It's not my favorite dish but for a fried squash I thought it was pretty good. They have the music loud and the place was packed at 1pm. The outside patio looked fantastic and I definitely want to come back to sit out there on a nice day. A little tip, as you are approaching the restaurant you may quickly notice that they have a very small parking lot in the front. There are signs stating that there is parking in the back but what we discovered was the parking was actually just a little bit down the street. I have added a picture of the down the street parking lot to my listing here. I recommend just going ahead and parking down there as it makes it a lot easier. The restaurant is handicap accessible, but you are likely to run into a lot of holes in the parking lot that could be hazardous. It's also fairly tight inside so a wheelchair may be a bit difficult to maneuver. It is definitely possible though. The service here was pretty fantastic. Exceptionally fast. They also have a great t-shirt selection, which I felt was pretty top-notch for a t-shirt collection at a burger joint. My friend even bought one for herself! It's definitely an awesome spot and I'll likely be back.

Updated Below: I bought the family here and spent 88 bucks on food that looked delicious, but did not deliver in the taste department. This place has a greasy spoon look that I associate with tasty food, but again, looks are deceiving. The best thing we ordered was the pimento cheese fries and a pimento cheese hot dog. The burgers, the chicken Philly and the corndog shrimp, is not worth the trip. The corndog shrimp was all corndog (breading) with a small shrimp on the inside. The chicken Philly was tasteless, and the burgers had not one grain of salt added to it. The decor, and outdoor seating are the best things about this place. Oh yeah, I had a total of 3 servers. UPDATE: I STAND CORRECTED!! I revisited Pinky's today (2 years later), and my experience was a completely different!! Everything we ordered was absolutely DELICIOUS. The Mammoth burger was just what the name implies...MAMMOTH!! But also super juicy and delicious! The pimento cheese fries are worth the trip alone and this time was more decadent and delicious than before. The onion straws were light and delicate, but super flavorful! The hotdogs was awesome and had the snap that you associate with a perfectly grilled hotdogs. We also added a small hurricane drink which was mixed perfectly and the 'Pain Killer' which in my opinion is the perfect holiday drink. Overall my experience was completely different in the best way possible. Also the staff here was totally friendly and eager to assist. This is the first time I have ever changed a Google review, but in this case it is well warranted... 5 -Stars!!

Havent been in a while. Came lastnight to try again to celebrate a special day for me and get togo food. Wanted to go to bang bang burgers but they closed up early i think. Anyways. Get there and get rang up. Tip them a little. Get food. Check the bag and of course the ranch for the squash isnt there. I wait for my turn to talk and to get an employees attention and when i do pretty sure its the manager i say could i have a ranch for my squash. He says you know i gotta charge you for that right? Which is fine. But the fact of the matter is the location of this place and the people they serve has led them to be on edge and penny pinchers only due to the fact the clientele they see become more…. Lets say “needy”. So i show on the menu how it mentions it includes it (i guess they dont know thier own menu) But i regret one thing. I should have let him ring it up and then take my dollar out from the tip jar since the only money in there was from me. Should have let him ring it up and paid for it out if their own tips. Do better guys lol. Sad. Then he looks at the girl who i guess is new and says “you gotta watch that” like not watch the damn order to be correct when you bag but you gotta watch for people asking for ranch AFTER the fact to avoid payment. Lol. The usuals screwing things up for the rest of us. SHOCKER. The burger, squash and soda was already 22 bucks and he wants to charge me more for something thats supposed to be included. Such a rip off this place is. but yea the burger meat was dry and the burger wasnt good. When i arrived they are prepping banana pudding from a big tub right at the takeout stand. If i sneezed and didnt cover my mouth it would have been hit by me, thats how close it was. Should prop prep food elsewhere manager dude. I should have just ate a pb and j at home… good work guys, flex that incompetence. Owner mentions and replies that nothing worse than a dry burger on another review? Maybe stop serving them like that? Just an idea. Are you freezing your beef patties? Sure had the taste and uniformity of it!!!! Overhyped and not worth it at all. Parking sucks. Maybe the pork chop sandwhich is still good, i used to get that all the time but i wont be back...
