Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Charlotte

I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!! Me and my family came here while visiting Charlotte NC. We told them we never been here before and had questions about the menu. Staff was so helpful in explaining the menu and flavors. My 8 year old also has Type 1 Diabetes and we asked if they knew the carb count for the different sizes. They pulled out an entire binder filled with nutrition information and were so helpful and patient in finding the flavors and sizes my son wanted to try. And finally the Italian Ice was so good we got Unicorn, Sugar free Mango-peach (which my son loved), Pina Colada, and peanut butter marshmallow 10/10 would recommend!!!!! Been to Rita’s in PA and always had the Italian ice which was always great. Location was very clean and the staff was super friendly which always makes for a better experience. Decided to try their custard , Strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 with toppings and a plain vanilla. The vanilla unfortunately did not impress me at all , the strawberry 🍓 banana was a lot better and the toppings were a nice portion. Definitely a nice place to go for a some Italian ice 🧊 and will go back to try the ice cream 🍦. Custard just not very impressive so I would probably stick with the Italian ice...

The Arbors Rita’s Italian Ice Location is absolutely one of the best Locations in Charlotte. I come to this location to get Italian ice at least a few times a week. Today, I came and wanted a Pineapple Misto, they didn’t have enough of the flavor to make a Large Misto due to the flavor being a hot commodity. Instead, I got a blue Raspberry Misto and was also given a small Green Apple Italian ice for FREE!
