She was sweet from our first interaction via text message. She was never pushy or rude or just trying to get your money. Her work is neat and she completes work fast. She engages in conversation with you and for those with thinning edges like mine, she will even take the time to talk to you and when she gets to that portion of your hair she is careful. She doesn't braid too tight (I don't have bumps anywhere). I def recommend her and will continue to use...

Gave tips and offered a stylist in between braids, if I wanted. The setting is very nice, private, and she entertained with my favorite show. The process was swift, professional, and pleasant.
