Starbucks — Restaurant in Charlotte

I don’t use to leave bad reviews but I didn’t like the way I got my food, I wait 35 minutes just to get my Oder, i used the app as i usually I came in the store because the app say, will be ready around 1:46 but it still no ready ok i wait but, I found out there’s no line Inside, the drivetru were only 2 cars then 2 people came in the store and Oder and pay at the counter and they got their food before me no fair but ok let’s keep waiting then i see that lady looking at me like wondering is he waiting for something, i walk to the counter and one of the guys asked me what I oder or my name, he said will come next turn out I Oder a sandwich and a shake espresso, the sandwich was cold because they were rushing and he notice because i was waiting for so long and he said im sorry, really disappointed my point is I oder trou the app just to no wait this long I understand if they are really busy but the store was empty with 3 employees and what i recive a cold sandwish I didn’t complain I just leave I was really mad, end...

What can I say other than I'm not really fond of this store I prefer the Idlewild location or the Matthew's location. The last two times I've come to the store I really haven't had a great experience. It seems like the store employees are either a unhappy with their job or just don't want to be there. I have tried talking to several of the people and they act like I was bothering when I was asking something for my purchase. And I ordered three small pink drinks from my daughter and her two cousins and I ordered me a large caramel caramel frappe with extra Carmel. Well the three pink drinks were made right away and I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes for my caramel frappe I just thought it was a little odd that those drinks at there and for almost ten minutes while I had to wait for my other drink. I understand the stores new and they probably got a lot of things to work on but I'm not going to come back here I don't...

i will never stop by this location again. one of the workers were really rude. i ordered a venti drink and they gave me a tall. i ordered a cake pop as well and when i pulled up to the window to pick up my drink she didn’t give me eye contact and told her thank you after handing me my drink and just said “mhm, have a good one” and as i pulled of because she looked at me as if i was done. i went back inside to get my cake pop and had it at the counter for me already and didn’t say a word to me afterwards. i really wanted to tell her something about my drink being the wrong size but chose not to because she already seemed annoyed at ,she seemed like she did not want to be there at all, which is her to job to offer...
