I went to this place today after seeing the restaurant for months but feeling sketchy about the outside appearance of it. It looks like it's shut down and probably should be. I went in and asked for a menu because it was my first time and I wanted to try them out. I ordered the veggie meal and informed Larson I was a vegetarian. Paid and asked for the restroom. In the restroom it was dirty someone had put paper towels and tissue all over the floor. But I really had to go so I kicked it all into a pile and used paper towels to pick it up and put it in the trash. I informed Larson that it was a mess in there and that I cleaned it up for him all I got was a blank look. I sat to wait for my food then noticed the cook was using the same cooking utensils on all the food and I have a chicken allergy. I asked for a manager and was told they didn't have one he wasn't there. So I told them well first Larson he was rude cause the least that he could have said was thank you for me cleaning up the mess in the bathroom, but also can you please tell the cook I am allergic to chicken could he use different utensils while cooking my food. The 3 said some things in a foreign language and the cook then says well if you die come and tell me about it tomorrow. I then asked him what did you say to me? He repeated it and I kindly said ok and asked for my money back from Larson. He says you can have your money we won't close because you took it back. Then tells me I should not come back there again. I assured him I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!! the restaurant was dirty, shoes under the counter, uniforms dirty and they were more into the football game than their customers. I should have looked to see what their rating was. I'm willing to bet it was not good. This is a horrible place and the attitudes are even worse. Take heed, take your money to a restaurant who cares about the people who provide...
Read moreIf i could rate lower i would. I deal in customer service and food period, and today the cook and the server really disgusted me except for the young lady, she was nice. I oredered chicken and shrimp hibachi it came with a salad and some type of soup i was eating my salad i finished my soup while on the phone, then when i was preparing to eat my hibachi i notice there absolutely no steam was coming off my plate so i go to touch everything on the plate it was farely warm the food was not cooked fresh at all so then i tell the server who took my order its warm not even hot, he goes "well you were on your phone talking" i then say "i wasnt on the phone that long, i eat hibachi all the time steam is not even coming off this plate", he then says "you want me to put in in the microwave". I say "no have them remake it" then the cook gets mad saying "well you was on the phone blah blah". I say "hold up is it a problem for you to remake this order" he then proceeds to talk indirectly so i asked the young lady i spoke with when i arrived i say to her "may i pay for what i just ate they can keep it". She says "its okay" and...
Read moreDon't waste your time like I did. I called and they picked up the phone but did not answer/speak. I waited for almost 10 minutes while they took someone's order in person before hanging up. They ordered three habachi dinners and a lemonade. I called back and was told they couldn't take anymore orders because it was after 930 pm (it was 9:32 after being on the phone for 10 minutes). I asked why they didn't tell me that before having me wait for over 10 mins, the girl responded with "she was busy talking to someone" so I asked again why no one told me this when I first called, her unacceptable response was "it didn't matter because I wouldn't have been able to take your order anyway."
This is truly upsetting that I was treated this way, when I could have simply been informed when I called and I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas driving to this location. By this point most restaurants were closing and I didn't have time to order anywhere else.
Save yourself the frustration and skip this place. There's other places that serve good food, and have...
