Sierra is awesome!!! I am in there before 7 am when I go and she is always going at super speed, running to the back of the store to get supplies that the night people didn't replace, and doing it all herself. I get my drink faster than when I go into a store with 2 or 3 people working. I have never had an incorrect order from her and I have a really annoying order.....only reason there is not 5 stars is because this morning there was a different person who didn't know how to label a White Mocha or make it right. I also ordered an almond milk latte and ended up with the drink in the picture....which doesn't look or taste appealing...

Horrid Service! Avoid at all Cost! Order is correctly filled only half the time. In one instance, a Cy got my order so very wrong it was unbelievable! Between filling orders incorrectly, she would keep customers waiting while she chatted with other store employees that...

This place is terrible on a consistent basis. Everytime I place a mobile order it is WRONG, WRONG and more WRONG. Zero commitment to Quality. Poorly managed They never have anything but...
