I really struggled with whether to give a two or three star review overall because I understand there is a big game today and places are busy. But there is a difference between being distracted and Intentionally being rude-which is what my friend and I got on our lunch break today. We work right down the street on 5th Street and tried lunch here for the first time. The young server/bartender girl with black hair was rude-and it was more than obvious that it was Intentional. First she acted as if we were bothering her when we asked where/how we order there (it's order at the bar and sit where you want, ok, great but you would think we had spilled a drink on her by the way she acted when we asked). Then after she gave us menus, we examined them and then we patiently gave every signal that we were ready to order. She very purposely ignored us until another server (Kat or Cat-not sure of spelling, who was actually pretty nice) asked if the other lady had helped us. When the rude server/bartender brought my food she tossed it in front of my friend who said very pleasantly, "that's actually hers" referrring to me, but the rude server ignored her and walked away-and yes she heard her because she paused for a split second and then walked on.The nicer server- Kat or Cat (unsure of spelling) brought us condiments and refilled drinks and turned out to be quite nice so I do want to give credit where credit is due. Also the food was actually quite good, especially for a place that bills itself as a 'dressed up dive bar' so that's why I gave the food 4 stars (I got the Buzz City Cheeseburger and my friend got grilled cheese with fries). Also, it was nice to have lunch outside on the sidewalk during our lunch break. It was loud but I think that's part of the vibe so good on atmosphere as well. In spite of this my friend and I did have a pleasant lunch together but I'm not sure I would go again given the intentional rudeness for no apparent...

Walked in and went to the first bartender we saw. I didn't get her name but the Asian girl with dark hair and a ton of make up that was bartending last night needs to be removed. Her attitude and customer service were horrible. We ordered our first drinks with no problem other than the fact that she had an awful attitude. We also put in an order for fries, took our number, and sat at a table across from the bar. While drinking our first drink I didn’t really think about how long the food was taking because it was fairly busy and I understand the food service world however I started to see large groups of people that came in and ordered after us receive their food so when my fiancé went to order our second drink he asked her how much longer on our one order of fries and she told us that it would be another 5 to 7 minutes (aka an excuse for forgetting to put in our food order) and proceeds to give us a second round of which one drink was incorrect. My fiancé then went up to the bar again and asked her if that was the correct drink and she got an attitude and said that he saw her make it so he should know it was correct and refused to remake it. At this point my fiancé and I were frustrated and decided to cancel the food order and close out our tab. I would really hope that this is not a race issue considering I was the only black person that she was serving at the time and also conveniently the only couple being mistreated. Either way the only reason they get one star is for the location, music, and atmosphere. I may give this bar another chance but if she’s behind the bar I will run the opposite direction! May not order food considering their poor sanitation rate that I noticed after ordering food. Should’ve picked the hot guy as my bartender. He and the blonde working seemed to be friendly to ALL of...

Great Food!!! Great Entertainment! BUT, the staff are VERY Non ATTENTIVE (to say the least) I had been there several times before and as usual it took a while to place my order, even when there were only a couple of people at the bar. This particular time, I was greeted and She remembered me from the night before, I said I'll have the same thing I has last night, then she walked away as did the other waitress and all went to the kitchen. There were about 2 other people at the bar. When they left me sitting there I didn't see ANYONE for quite a while 4-5 min. I'll say. Finally a Guy came out of the kitchen and looked at me, (This was the FIRST TIME ANYONE HAD MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME) I said can I please Place an order? (Now a GOOD 8-9 minutes from when I sat down at the bar). He put my order in the computer. I sat for a good 25 min. and NO ONE IS MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH ME LET ALONE ACKNOWLEDGING I WAS EVEN THERE. I waved my hands to get someones attention and said, Can I please have that To-Go? Finally my order appeared in the window, the waitress pack up my food and tied the bag in a knot. She laid it in front of me and walked away, never making eye contact. Well I sat there with two girls and the Guy all walking around me waiting to pay for my food, I was even waving my credit card in the air.... THEN it Happened... EVERYONE went back into the kitchen. NO ONE AROUND. I REALLY Tried to pay for my food but NO ONE seemed to be interested so, I walked out. The Guy came running after me from across the street and said they were busy and didn't see me. He handed me the ticket and I went back in to Pay. HE HAD NO EXCUSE, NOTHING TO SAY, He realized it was their fault and he couldn't argue with that... Not too sure I want to go back as the SERVICE is...

Wandered into this hip bar while walking in uptown. It was pretty crowded for a Sunday afternoon. It's more of a hip dive bar. Small space, so people are pretty close to each other whether you like it or not. They offer a variety of drink specials along with the normal beer, wine, and alcohol selections. They have a few tables inside, but you are mainly just standing. They do have bouncers at the door that check ID when you arrive. They do have outside seating as well for the warmer weather. It's definitely more of a casual vibe and wouldn't mind coming back. This is located in uptown, so of course parking can be hassle unless you just uber.

Stopped thru here while on the Trolley Pub celebrating a friend's birthday. We ordered the wings, and they were pretty good. Nice and small just the way we like them. Not those big steroid wings from other places. We went back for lunch a few days later, and we ordered the wings and Nachos this time. Yummy again. You'll have to park in the garage and do a little walking, so make a date out of it and enjoy uptown. Or do what we did when we went back the 2nd time, one person makes the rounds around the block while the other person jumps out and picks up the order.
