I travel often but have gone to this location numerous times. Over the past couple months this burger king has been nearly run into the ground many times napkins are taped to the outside menu cause supplies weren't ordered cause managers dont know how to manage. I visited today for lunch as I did a couple days ago and as usual my food wasn't made to any standard. First time I asked for cheeseburger, xtra mustard. It came out soaked in condiments all over the outside cheeseburger. Second time I asked to hold the ketchup and add xtra mustard, again all over not under the bun and I watched the employee throw my food in its bag to the window counter "look at security tapes and it says it all" so I had to talk to the manager who was sitting on a stool in the kitchen playing on his phone and wouldn't come talk to me until I raised my voice politely and showed him my disgusting burger that I couldn't even hold cause the xtra mustard was loaded all over my food. Unacceptable. Yes I do have corporate burger king training and that's all I can say. The owner should be ashamed and very upset that people who dont care about customer service and dignity are running the place into the ground. I will never return to this location again and I'm scheduled to be in contact with burger kings regional office to show my pics and share my family's repeated experiences with this less than acceptable customer service REVOKEABLE FRANCHISE. . I love burger king and its food but not from this location. When I worked for burger king, customer service with a smile and manners was everything, it's not hard to remember our training but if you dont care of yourself then you cant show respect for paying customers. I stopped this time and the bathroom was gross and the customer service was even Worse?? I ordered a medium hash browns and it was $3... ok sticker shock. The woman took my order and I paid for it.
