My Fiance, friends and I (who are tequila connoisseurs) were so excited to find this place to be able to try new tequilas!! First, the good: They had one of the widest selection of tequilas that we had never even heard of which was very exciting to try! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, very yummy and I know exactly what I'm ordering whenever we decide to go back. Now for the opportunity for improvement: their service was definitely subpar. Our waters were obviously emptied on more than one occasion, and required several reminders to our wait staff to refill them, to the point some in our party could not/would not eat their meal until they had more water to be able to wash it down with. The wait staff seemed annoyed when each of our party had ordered different tequilas to try. We know one of the drinks that we tried was not what we had ordered (but thankfully they did fix that on the check before bringing it to us). We asked them about purchasing a T-shirt several times, and had to remind them to search for that as well. We also had ordered a Coca-Cola, and it took several trips from the staff before they remembered to bring it. Now for the check(and the cherry on top): the wait staff didn't think to keep all of our orders separate (even by the couple, not necessarily by the individual), even though the 4 of us were all trying some of their top tequilas (with the price to match). We ended up having to put the entire check on one persons card just to not have to deal with the complicated process of figuring out whom had ordered what drink. Last comment, if they have an AC System, it was not working during our trip, very disappointing as it was hot. Sadly, if this was not one of the only top notch tequila bars in our area, we would not return due to...
Read moreFood was delicious, but the service was Very Lacking! When we were done our meal, I tried to get our waiter's attention. First, I couldn't find him anywhere. Then, when I did see him as he was leaving another table, I tried to catch his eye, but he never looked in our direction. I was even holding my credit card up as a nonverbal way to say "Can we get our check, please?" The hostess noticed my frustration of not being able to get his attention and offered to take my card for me. I explained that we hadn't even received our check yet, so I wanted to wait until I saw it. She said she would let our waiter know. The waiter didn't come over to ask if we wanted to split the check or to clear the table! He did bring the check at least. We told him to put the $9 for my Chicken Empanadas on my card and the rest of the bill on my friend's card. He said he understood and he'd be right back. Well, he came back and when I looked at my receipt, he had charged my card $20.96 and my friend's card $3 (& the remaining change)!! I couldn't believe how he made such a Drastic error when he repeated back to us how he was to charge the cards before he left our table!! 😡 I was in a time crunch and needed to leave, and my friend had cash to just pay me the difference, so I didn't bother to have him correct it (Plus it's likely he would have made it worse!), but I was NOT happy! When I told others about what happened, then said "Yup, the food is Great there, but the service sucks." Needless to say, it is unlikely I will be going there again, unless I have LOTS of time to waste to wait for the check or to deal with charging errors! Smh. Such a...
Read moreWe arrive at the resturant at 5:55pm and are told there is an hour wait. There is an open table set for 8 but are told it is for a reservation. Understandable as there were 5 of us and we did not have a reservation.
We gave our number and went to another bar for some drinks ($65 for drinks at another bar). When we returned to the resturant about an hour latter we could not be seated because parties continued to talk at there tables after their meal, again understandable.
But what was not understandable was the open table for 8 was still open. Turns out the table was for a reservation at 7. We were seated about 15 minutes later. The table for 8 which was reserved did not arrive until 7:20.
So this message is to management the table for a 7pm reservation left open for an hour cost you business. We dinned and left your resturant in less than an hour and did not have drinks because we had them at another resturant. And as we waited 2 more tables were reserved for parties of 8 ( in total 6 x 4 toppers we unused for at least an hour). Several potential dinners were turned away while tables were open for reservations more than an hour out. Your business but I would say a 4 topper open for an hour cost you at least $200 and the wait staff a $40 tip. So in total this cost you $1200 income and the wait staff $240 in tips.
You can easily verify by analyzing your income over a period of time and comparing income.
We have recently returned to the area and have been looking for our go to resturant which is about $1200/month food/drinks/tips. And I am sad to say this resturant did not...
