Wow! Beautiful store, amazing selection of yarn AND they do cross stitch/needlepoint, too! I was visiting my sister (I'm in Michigan), and we HAD to go because I met one of the clerks, Molly Ann, on the plane on my flight to Charlottesville. She was absolutely delightful and had glowing things to say about her co-workers and the shop. Still, my sister and I were blown away by the diversity of yarns, needles, packaged projects (great for gifting), cards, notions, you name it.    Read moreThis is a gorgeous shop with ample selections of yarn from the uber soft to delicious color combinations. The shop is painted with soothing colors, has hard wood floors, and soft lighting in appropriately placed areas so you don't get glare but can still check out colors with ease. I’ve been dropping in to the Wednesday open knit evenings, and they really are a highlight of my week. The shop is always so cozy and inviting. Highly recommend to new knitters (and experienced knitters) in...
