I want to start by saying that this was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered a pizza, Wings, and bread sticks to watch Thursday night football with my husband. I knew it would be busy because, hello their ads are on every 3 minutes during the pregame. What I wasn't expecting was, after receiving an email receipt and a text that my order would be delivered at 7:16, that my order would be canceled. Also my food disappeared and I was left holding the tab! When I called the store I was told that they gave my food to the DoorDash driver and they took my food and canceled the order. They then told me that they would be unable to refund my money because I paid with a credit card and that "they had no way to refund me my money." How does one pay with cash on the app for delivery pray tell? Then they said it was DoorDash's fault and I "should call them to get my money back." The manager wouldn't get on the phone all the guy kept saying was there is "NOTHING WE can do. I can give you the number for DoorDash customer service." When I explained again that I had ordered on the Little Caesars app he said "but we don't have anything to do with delivery." 2 hours on hold, a message for someone to return my call (never got one) I finally got to talk to a real person, who, while they at least apologized for the inconvenience, told me I would have to wait 7-10 business days to get back my money. Place an order online on a week day and received $5 off my total was an incentive to ordering here. Price wise it was great, serive was not. After placing my order it stated my pizza would be done in 25 minutes which was 5:55pm. Arrived there at exactly 5:55 and the place was full of customers waiting. It was very chaotic and seemed disorganized. The worker said my food will be done shortly. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the worker how much longer it would be considering I had two small children with me. He stated that 2 of his coworkers called in and my food is coming out which was not true at all. My food wasn't even made yet and I watched them put it in the oven and sauce my wings. Finally my food is done at 6:30!! The worker did apologize but seemed like he wasn't concerned about how long and convenient this all was. It took 35 minutes+ of waiting on our supper. If I would have known that, I would not have ordered from here! They could have at least taken the crazy bread off or something for us (was hard and dry anyways)!
