I had a very disappointing experience at this location. It was around 12:30 today 7/12/24. I had used the app to place my order. When I got there, the drive through line was really long. I decided to use the curbside option instead. The app glitched as I was changing my pick up method and my order disappeared as I was about to enter my parking space number. I went inside because I didn't know what to do. My order wasn't showing up on the app at all. The first person didn't know what to do so they got another team member to help. He was great, (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) and he looked up my order. Then a third person came up front and assertively shamed me for not using the drive through and told me to just go back through the line because they're not busy anymore. I walked back to my car and as I opened my door, that same woman stepped outside and hollered at me to "just stay there!" So I did. I continued to wait until I to felt that too much time had passed. I got back out of my car and saw through the window the second worker (the most helpful of them all) looking around inside. He saw me just as I was beginning to walk back toward the building and then brought the order out to me. He said they had been looking for me inside. I told him that the woman had told me I had to go to the drive through and then told me to stay here. At no point did she say "come back inside". They also forgot my drink which was an easy fix. Honestly, the app malfunction was the biggest problem here, but I feel that it should not have been as big of a deal to process an order, and the third worker involved (seemed like a shift lead/manager) only made the process worse by telling me to go back to the drive through, then to stay at my vehicle, and then not communicating it to the curbside person. I would've been happy to wait inside since I was already there. I've never had an issue switching pick up method on the app before, and I honestly didn't know if my order was lost during the glitch which was why I went inside to begin with. Again, the app was the initial problem, but it shouldn't have been that big or an ordeal to fix, and at no point should an employee bark orders at customers or shame people who came to them for help....
Read moreAbove is my current rating from today. Review follows: Went (with low expectations, see below) to the drive thru to order four "fresh, hot" breakfast burritos. I explained to the order taker that I wanted burritos that were 100% edible, where I didn't have to throw out the last 25% because it was dry and hard. He actually walked back to the kitchen to relay my request (granted, I was the only vehicle in line). The result? The burritos were perfect. My thanks for 1) listening and 2) personally ensuring my satisfaction. I really appreciate it.
Below is my review from 2 months ago (1*): We love breakfast burritos - FRESH breakfast burritos. Not the ones that have been sitting there all morning, where the bottom 1/4 is so hard it's not even edible anymore. I drove up this morning and ordered "4 fresh, hot sausage burritos." The gentleman taking my order rang it up as "cook to order" (as evidenced on the receipt). I was impressed.
I moved to the pickup window and a female employee was there waiting with my bag of burritos. I said, "That was too fast. Cooked to order???" She hesitated and said, "I guess so." I gave her "the look" and said, "Seriously???" She said, "Well, they feel pretty hot." I wasn't going to argue, but she knew I knew she was lying. Sure enough, I got home (5 minutes) and they're old and hard. Hot, yes. Fresh, not so much. Is this employee too lazy to serve the customer fresh food when she asks? Read moreBreakfast ends at 10:30...I had placed an online app order at 10:09am. It took the money out of my account immediately. I arrive at Mc.Donald's at 10:17 am and had already choose the drive thru option. There were 4 cars in front of me. It took until exactly 10:30 for me to reach the ordering station where I gave them my online order code. They tell me that breakfast is over and they can't pull up my order any longer because the system won't allow them to. I ask for a manager, she says they could place another order but she would have to ring it up herself and I won't be getting the discounts I got online, plus it would be a 20 min wait because they don't have any breakfast left. Had I chose to park in a spot or go inside this would have been avoided. Although on the app it said that they will now be preparing the food so that my order is ready when I arrive. That's a joke too obviously. They had my order 20 minutes before the end of breakfast so Im pretty sure they saw it on the screen and just decided to screw me over. I'm over it. Deleted the app. Unhealthy food anyway and to work there how could you feel good about causing many people...
