Hear Ye, Hear Ye! By proclamation of a true pizza aficionado whom has had the opportunity to sample some of the the best pie from Northern & Central Italy to NY, Chicago and Detroit…Pizza Bros is THE BEST PIE IN NOOGA and compares to the best in the world. Yep…that good.
As local business owners ourselves, Wifey and I know how impactful a 5 Star review is to any business and how CRITICAL they are to a locally owned small business. If you would like to support our business(health&wellness) contact me directly please as this is all about the Bros.
As with a lot of downtown and repurposed buildings sometimes the layout can be tricky. I think they did the best with the space allotted. Absolutely love the vibe once in.
Sometimes we like to eat around shift change to test the true teamwork of a restaurant we love. After walking into the bar side(wrong way) we usually sit at the bar but need to catch up on some work this ruins so a booth was requested. The young lady at the hostess station was welcoming and said we could have our choice.
Once seated we where greeted by Abraham. He was awesome. We started with doughboys, meatballs, 2 waters & two beers. Abraham had waters & app set ups out immediately. He didn’t have a bartender around so he went and pulled the pints for us as the wait for the beer was getting uncomfortable. I thanked him very much for that.
We usually go to the Northshore location as we love the layout and the bar in particular. He smiled and said Southside is better and I said we will see…lol. I am more concerned about consistency between locations. Well, front of the house and back of the house took a swing and hit a walk of bases loaded tater to deep center.
Apps are easy and they were as consistent & delicious as ever. Doughboys, meatballs w/ a side of the best pesto I have ever had…straight cash money.
Now to the pie. We always do large 1/2 & 1/2. Yesterday was 1/2 New Yorker & Tito’s Prophecy…💯❤️🔥🔥🔥🇺🇸🇮🇹🍕 I mean straight Sinatra pie! Perfect Pizzaiolo work in the back of both locations. Consistent topping distribution, sauce/cheese/topping ratio and impeccable corniccione and spot on coast line. Gorgeous.
Obviously we love this place and you should too. They are doing all the right things the right way and...

Service is the worst out of any restaurant in Chattanooga. Our food sat in the window for 15 minutes the time before I was last in. We received 0 refills without asking for them, we had to ask for silverware, our drinks, refills, napkins, our check, and on top of all of this our FOOD. I went in today and stood at the front counter for 15 minutes while I was passed and seen multiple times by the two wait staff, both of which I made eye contact with. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant so it wasn’t a matter of being short handed. They clearly did not care that I was there and oddly seemed irritated that they had customers, I eventually asked if I could order and long story short they were rude so I left after speaking with a condescending manager that I later found out was the owners girlfriend. The owner followed me out and after explaining both situations to him literally called me a liar and said if I have had multiple bad experiences there that I was the problem. I have been in multiple times with multiple people that can all attest to the terrible service that obviously trickles from the top down. The owner was clearly mad after I told him which of his staff was rude and told me that it was his girlfriend and there was no way she did any of this. He took it personal evidently. I have heard from multiple people how bad the service is there and after today I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. In response to his false statement back to me, which is honestly not surprising given the way he handled simple negative polite feedback earlier today. Anyone who knows me knows you’re reply is completely untrue, I was raised to treat people with respect. The owner the same as the janitor, I politely gave negative feedback and was chased outside and called a liar by the owner of the establishment. So it is no suprise that the way you handle a bad google review is to attack me and my character. I am a very empathetic person and don’t treat anyone with disrespect....
Read moreWe had tried three times to come and check out this great place we had heard so much about, we had even been given a gift card by the family that owns the pizza bros , due to the trouble with the parking lots mess. Pay to park!?!? Ok I can deal, but the problem then was it was so full I couldn’t even do that! So I had ordered ahead and drive the 25 min to come get our food,107.00 later not bad with the gift cards to help( we beyond appreciate it! So thank you! Says your customers are important to you!) but I had to walk a half mile to even get our food , so I parked and left my service dog, and my daughter in the car bc I was unsure if I could even park where I did 🤦♀️ it was a cold night, pizza was hot when I got it, but cold as can be by the time I got the four pizzas and wings to my car… ( sorry family… it was hot when I got it🤦♀️🤷♀️) the pizza reminded me so stinking much of my favorite pizza place back home in Ny, and just saying it’s hard to find pizza as good as RENAS! But you pizza Bros did a pretty good job! So thank you a ton!! Sometimes you need a little piece of home! And this was a great part! I won’t lie though, the parking mess will probably prevent me from coming back unless my husband is the one walking to get the food. It was stressful trying to park and get our food back with out me dropping with my hobbling around on my bad leg. So pizza was great again!! But it will be a bit before we come back if we can’t park somewhere close, and safe! My rate is simply due to parking mess...
