First of all, I really liked our waiter. I really like this location, and it hurts me to have to write a bad review for it. I just hope this gets read by the management at this location. Although our server was overworked and the restaurant was understaffed, he was very nice and seemed to care. He was a short-haired red-headed gentleman.
NOW. First person I saw was the hostess, who asked if I would rather sit in the lounge area. That way, I can sit anywhere I would like. OK... The first table I sat at was dirty, so I moved over to a cleaner one. It was also dirty, but acceptable. I later counted the dirty tables. From where I was sitting, I could see 8 dirty tables in the lounge area, most of which were dirty before I arrived and were still dirty after I left.
We waited a long time to see a waiter, then a long time to get our food. While we were waiting, and some people paid and left, I noticed that other tables around ours were dirty, too. The hostess, who apparently was responsible for cleaning tables, was over at the servers' POS system on her phone. Another group came in, and she asked them to sit in the lounge like she did with us. When they said they didn't want to, she had to make them wait so she could go clean a table before seating them. I watched as she cleared the dishes off of the table, but she didn't wipe the table off. She didn't clean the table! She just cleared the dishes! She did this with 2 other tables as well!
As we left, we passed by the hostess. She was still on her phone, but hey! At least she was at the hostess stand! She didn't say "goodnight" or anything.
This hostess is a problem. One that needs to be fixed (fired), but it is only indicative of poor management. The fries were stale, the food was okay, my wife's chicken sat for a while before it was brought out, the staff seemed stressed, the tables were dirty, the manager was running ALL of the food out (not just helping like he should). The place just stank of poor management and apathetic employees.
Again, this isn't to just insult and never give this place another chance. I want it to get better because it would be great to have a good Chili's restaurant close to my house, and this is one I've come to since I was 5....

Today, Our first problem was we had a 20 minute wait , yet only six tables were occupied in the entire restaurant. We were told they had only two servers and that they had to close down one side of the restaurant. I gave the hostess my information while my husband and one of my sons went to the restroom. My other son and myself stood off to the side as we were the only ones waiting. And of course, don’t sit down on the bench will you wait! Then my other son and myself went to the restroom. While we were gone, my husband asked for a menu to look at in which he was told he couldn’t have one, but then the hostess gave him one. Then she told him we needed to wait outside, but we couldn’t take the menu outside. After 20 minutes, we were seated at table that was clean and ready the entire time. We were there 45 minutes before we got our food. My Cajun chicken pasta was horrible due to the sauce tasting like powder. My husband’s steak was over cooked. He also asked where his shrimp was. He was told it would be out in 30 seconds. We are on our way home, and we are still looking for that shrimp! The steak was sent back. One of my sons ate his food, and my husband still had not received his steak or shrimp. After an hour total of being there and my husband and youngest son still not having food to eat, we asked for the bill. We waited for them to take the steak off of the bill, but they still had the shrimp on there. Then we had to wait for them to take the shrimp off. Read moreFirst off, let me say that today was the absolute worst experience we've ever had at chili's. All of our previous times, were great. Today..no. It was awful. First we were seated in a section that I swear had the heat on. It was stiffling. The table was dirty and sticky and our menus were sticky as well. Our server barely opened his mouth (literally) to speak with us. He didn't even ask my husband what he wanted to drink. He just brought him something. Then seemed offended when we politely corrected him. At the time we went, it was not busy At All. There wasn't hardly any customers. It took about 45 mins to get our food. By then, we were so hot, we didn't even want to finish our food. My husband had ordered the boss burger.. It had so much gristle pieces and gristle chunks in it, he didn't even finish it. We couldn't even speak to our server about it bec he was invisible until he filled our drinks. My dad had to tell him twice he didn't want ice in his tea. And he seemed aggravated when told the 2nd time. We spent $83.55 today!!! (May 21st 2019) We brought our son who just graduated middle school for lunch. It was a bittersweet day bec we recently lost my Mother and Chilis was her favorite restaurant, so my son wanted to celebrate here. But it was ruined today. Idk if we will ever even come back to this location. Now I completely understand that everyone has bad days and needs a break but if you immediately get offended over correcting a drink, then maybe you shouldn't have been at work.
