I eat at this Hardee’s a minimum of 4 mornings a week. I’m a nurse at the hospital across the street & I’m always through the drive through in under 5 minutes. That being said, can we please work on quality control??? I only order 3 items & I can’t remember the last time they were made correctly. I have gotten several blueberry biscuits completely missing icing or a smear too small to enjoy.
I get the Frisco sandwich and the meat they use (even though I always ask for the ham) changes out frequently. Sometimes they decide to hand me one with a sausage patty, sometimes one with thick sliced country ham that’s hard to chew, even got one completely missing the egg.
The breakfast burrito is the other item I l started getting. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has been made different every single time I’ve ordered it. This morning there were no hashrounds on it. Just hard folded up sausage patties and a sheet of egg. Not to mention the surprise I got towards the end of the burrito…a bite of cardboard. Yep, you heard me. Cardboard in my burrito. Why???
I obviously don’t have time to bring my messed up orders back in to be corrected because I’m always in a rush. But know if I wasn’t, you’d be seeing my smiling face asking you to fix your mistakes a minimum of 4 times a week. DO BETTER GUYS🤦♀️
Preparing fast food isn’t rocket science, but you’d think it was coming through...
Read moreBottom line: if you want Hardee's go to a different location. I stopped by this Hardee's today on my way home, I usually love Hardee's burgers. When pulling up to the drive thru I was asked to wait a few moments before I ordered. After waiting for more than a few moments I thought about leaving but decided to stick it out. I ordered the #15 meal that included a double cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich etc. I asked for only ketchup and cheese on the burger. I got to the window and waited for another long time before being approached. I just assumed they were making it fresh and was happy to wait. When I finally was served my food I asked for some BBQ sauce so I could put it on my chicken and for my fries. I was told that it would cost 25cents...frustrates by that but I agreed to pay. I got my food and then the poor experience got worse. The chicken sandwich was hard and stale tasting. I only took one bite. Gross. The burger had pickles on it and the meat seemed burnt and reheated. The fries were also burnt and exrta extra crispy. Nothing from this location was good. Except for maybe the BBQ sauce. That was the only redeeming quality. I will not be back unless something changes here. I hope that management will address these poor...
Read moreThey’re best at breakfast. So much so that the line for the drive through BEFORE COVID-19 went out into the road on a regular basis. I love the prices and taste of a good sausage biscuit, but often passed simply because of so many others out on the road waiting for one. The line moves fast and my order has always been correct, but when a line runs out into Morrison Springs Road, sometimes you’ve got to pass on that biscuit no matter how fast the line, how good the biscuit, and how good the price. I have also enjoyed their burgers all the way back to the start of “The $6 Burger “. It’s not that those burgers were less than a great tasty burger with more meat and great toppings than other burger places, it’s the exact opposite. Great burgers with fresh toppings, very filling and at reasonable prices. I have no idea how Hardee’s would be covered up every day including Sunday at breakfast, but rather WHY is it not busy and open until at least midnight for the burgers that are equal to or , dare I say better than the breakfast? Either way, anytime of day, you’ll find a...
