It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Ordered off of door dash. Ordered some wingless wings, and 16 bone in wings plus fries.. ended up with 8 bone in wings and fries. Called the restaurant and it was the dashers fault and he just grabbed one of the two bags. Not their fault they said. Ok so he gives me a number to call to retrieve the rest of the food we paid for. So we go ahead and eat the dry rub wings which I have had before and were great. These had so much salt in the seasoning we had to throw them away. We do not eat out often and this will make eat at home even more. My experience with door dash was horrible which is not your issue only they are the ones responsible for delivering your food. Thanks to the guy at the restaurant and the door dash company for throwing customer service out the window. I’d advise getting this dialed in or else both businesses...

I placed a order for curbside pick-up. It was supposed to be ready by 9:31pm. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and then I finally called and asked was my order ready and it was but the waitress said my grubhub driver hadn't got my order yet. I let her know it was for curbside pick-up and she said I should come in and get it, it's here waiting. Cold!!! My whole order was COLD!! I asked for fresh hot fries at least. That has got to be the nastiest restaurant at Hamilton place. I was waiting to be seated and was just looking around the more I looked the worse it looked.
