TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give -5 stars âď¸ I would. The young men that helped me was terrible. Didnât understood when I order the Hero, I had to repeat it several times until he understood. Asked for a large Fountain soda and he could not understand that either. He kept repeating lemonade? Lemonade? And I keep saying no fountain soda. He looked at me like I have 3 heads. Didnât asked what type of bread I wanted. Slurred questions when I asked to repeat he slurred again. He call what I believe was the manager or supervisor. Her name is Joy. She does not honor her name at all. Because I couldnât understand the young man slurred words she yielded at me âYOUR NAME!â âYOUR NAME! FOR THE ORDER!â Worse customer service ever. Their southern hospitality was not there. When I gave him my name he said: âI donât know how to spell thatâ and try to leave. Joy (not so joyous) spelled to him with a very bad attitude Not coming back here ever again. It was a gentleman waiting for his order that was done already and no one let him know. If the young man making that sandwiches would not asked if he had an online order he would be still waiting. The food was good but the customer service ruined the experience. Sad, when I was leaving he said something to her to what she rudely answered: â ARE YOU TALKING TO ME? I DIDNâT KNOW I WAS HERR WORKING!!! Now I understand why that restaurant is empty. With that customer service I would not come back either. Employees forget that the customer pay their salaries. Without customers is no business. Without money is no employees. Chattanooga is too small of a city and this restaurante is in a neighborhood not on the highway. Terrible...
Read moreDO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. We had a terrible customer experience issue at your Gunbarrel Chattanooga, Tennessee location. After ordering a large orderâŚwe went home and noticed a sandwich was missing. Yes, it was an inconvenience and realize humans make a mistake. My husband asked me to call the store so they can have the sandwich ready when he arrives. He literally had to turn around and go back immediately.l so we wanted the sandwich to at least be ready when he arrived. While he was on the way I called the store. A female employee picked up and asked me hold. I did for a couple mins. She comes back to the phone and I asked if she was the manger. She said no. I asked can I speak to the manger. She says please hold again. I was on hold for 10 mins and then abruptly hung up on. No manager ever answered the phone and no employee ever returned to the call. By that time my husband arrived back at the store and had to wait again for his sandwich. The females employe takes his receipt and then THROWS IT BACK AT HIM. My husband had to stop the manager and tell him what happened. Thatâs the only time didnât female employee actually apologize for the mistake of leaving the sandwich out. Itâs sad that thereâs not a process in place for larger orders to not have food missing. But also sad that I tried to fix the situation and no one cared enough to answer a call on hold within 10 minutes before hanging up on me. & then get rude service AGAIN in person. Iâm 100% filling a complaint...
Read moreFood is always good at Firehouse, but this location was a little on the less friendly side when we went yesterday. And I was there with my family right before I had an alteration appointment at the David's Bridal next door, so I had my brand new heels with me to put on with the dress. I didn't even think twice about it when I set them on the table beside me because they are brand new and have never been worn aside from when I tried them on. One of the employees came over more than halfway through my meal (we were actually finishing up by then) and told me as politely as she could that the manager would like me to remove my shoes from the table. Okay. Yeah I get it. They don't realize they're brand new (except the price tag was still very visible if they looked). But if the manager had a problem, how about come tell me to my face instead of sending someone else to embarrass me? And don't wait until I was about to leave anyway, because there was literally no point at that time except TO embarrass me. My husband talked me down from making a scene because admittedly I was already kind of irritable yesterday and it really wasn't a big deal, but I do think it could have been handled better than it was, and I don't like being embarrassed needlessly because clearly they assumed I was untidy enough to put used shoes on a table...
