I do not like giving negative reviews but I am not feeling like a valued customer. We brought to Sam several estate diamonds to be reset for our daughter’s upcoming wedding. They did beautiful work resetting the diamonds to make 4 beautiful pieces. We asked that the wedding set be appraised for our daughter for insurance purposes and Sam agreed that would be a good idea; now 5 months later and numerous phone calls we are still waiting for the appraisal. :(
After speaking with Sam last week I was left feeling like he was doing us a favor by doing the appraisal which is what he agreed to when we contracted him to care for and create these special pieces. I’ve had appraisals done before and I’ve never waited this long for an appraisal to be completed. Feeling less than confident in Sam Edward’s Jewelers
Response to Mr.Edwards…I have the documentation that the appraisal was to be completed by the time all pieces were completed. You had all the stones & settings in your possession for more than 3 months and, yes I expected what you agreed to. I questioned Meredith when the paper work was not done when I picked up the wedding band and she said she’d leave a note for you and get back to me…and after several calls and my follow up I am still without the appraisal. ..so YES, I am frustrated and feeling, as I posted, less than valued. Your response to my post leads me to the same conclusion, I’m less than valued, you didn’t do what you said you’d do by providing the insurance appraisal and that you probably will never fulfill that obligation. If you’d like to reach out to me to set up an appointment for me to bring the pieces back in for appraisal, you have my phone number on file. I will not call you and request again what you promised, I will not remove my post because you know it is honest and I hope you will be the reputable man you say you are and reach out to me with what you need to provide me with what you...
Read moreA year ago, I had the traumatic experience of losing my husband and a wild idea came to my mind about a month ago to have my husband’s wedding band joined to mine so knowing the great reputation of Mr Edwards, I went to see him and he let me know it was possible and suggested different ideas of how it could be done and he spent a lot of time with me and was so super nice and so was Meredith! Mr Edwards laser both milgrain wedding bands together and reduced the size of my husband’s band and increased my band a little bit and I wanted my husband’s name engraved on his band and my name on my band and I just received my jewelry back and it’s absolutely gorgeous! All milgrain are still there on both bands and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Mr Edwards’s grandfather would be so proud of his grandson knowing that Mr Edwards doesn’t cut corners as so many do and that his pleasure in this business is to see his customers so happy and pleased about the results! This has to be the very best place to do business and most of all, they are so nice and so understanding of the...
Read moreI recently got engaged and was lucky enough to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé at Sam Edwards Jewelers. She absolutely loves it, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and selection that Sam Edwards provided.

In addition to my fiancé's engagement ring, I also purchased a stunning meteorite ring for myself. I was blown away by their impressive selection of men's wedding bands. It was difficult to choose just one as they had so many great options!
Overall, I would highly recommend Sam Edwards Jewelers to anyone in the market for exquisite jewelry. Their attention to detail, customer service, and extensive selection make them stand out from other jewelers.
