This has got to be the absolute worst example of customer service that I have ever been subjected to. I arrived at this KFC at 6:03 and did not leave until 6:28!!!
To start with, the girl taking the order could not get it right until the third try...after I waited at the box for several minutes. Two Famous Bowl meals and a kid's meal...not even complicated.
When I got to the window, the girl took my payment and then requested that i "just pull to the front of the store and we'll bring your food right out to you". I pulled to the front only to find two other cars already there waiting on their order!! There were maybe three customers in the dining room. By the time the girl finally came out and gave the food to the other two cars, she asked me what my order was.
Fifteen minutes later!!!...a different girl came out and with my "so complicated" order...I then had to remind her that I had drinks as well!! 5 minutes later, the first girl came out and asked me if I had ordered Famous Bowls? I told her I had the food but had been waiting on the drinks. She then had the audacity to ask me to pull on around to wait on my drinks... I told her "No. I will not pull around because that will put me on a scenic route to get out of the lot and onto E. Brainerd Rd...I am just waiting on my drinks!!" finally, the girl came out with my drinks with a "sorry bout dat". And then, to beat this...when i got home they had left the cookies out of our order!!!
I don't know if moving the cars out of the drive-thru window plays with the response time for this store...if that is the case, this is just a blatant lie. For several...several...several minutes, no cars were behind me in the drive-thru line...I can't think of any reason to move us forward to the front of the store other that to play with the response time numbers.
Unless you have more time to sit in the drive-thru line than you would have to go to a sit down restaurant...STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! I gave this a one star only because I couldn't give a...
Read moreI ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 2:25. It was not busy at all. I was very busy at the moment but needed something to eat. I place it online so it should be on time right? I waited 20 minutes or more to get my order but the biggest problem is that a man that walked in and placed his order behind me got his order right away. They were very nice to him and he got his order much sooner than i received mine and he told them that i was in front of him. When my order finally is ready at 3:36 the woman asks me to prove that I ordered online and even when I showed her my online receipt she was giving me a hard time about it not showing my name. The elderly lady that was at the counter 2/22/2025 was the slowest I’ve seen anyone move in a very long time. I felt as she was spiteful that I was waiting on my order and made sure she took her time getting to it last. Once my order was finally ready, she wanted me to prove that I ordered the food. I showed her the online receipt but that wasn’t good enough for her because it didn’t show a name on the receipt. I told her this is literally the app, what do you want from me? She finally gave me my order after I showed her my name in the app which took forever to find. Absolutely...
Read moreWaited 40 min for them just to take my order. If they are going to totally ignore the lobby for the drive thru they should have closed the lobby. They just ignored us and said they would be w us and soon as they had things cleared. Clocks on drive thrus are the reason why lobbies are ignored. It’s also Christmas Eve so I expect them to be busy being one of the few places open. However, don’t ignore your lobby bc of a stupid clock. I would have left but it kept looking like they were going to take our order. Not coming back, I get many fast food places have problems getting workers right now, but close the lobby if you can’t handle it. Should have went to sonic next door. And yes, holidays, but apparently they’ve had a sign up saying there will be a wait. Any place that ignores the lobby for drive they… even the guys who did mobile orders waited forever too. People in the lobby are getting a angry. Like another person is screaming at them bc they been waiting for their order to be taken for 45 min. Especially when after a long wait they told people in the lobby….been here over half an he… drive thru would be faster. The staff also blamed online orders.
