This place used to be good. But now, it’s a joke to the Sonic franchise. We’ve been going here for years and have always had good food and service up until about a year and a half ago. We’ve ordered Blasts only to get them home and find out 3/4 of them were nothing but ice cream and any add-ins were all on top - nothing mixed. I’ve ordered breakfast burritos and they were almost frozen when I went to eat them. The last several times we’ve used the app to order, we still have to wait about 10-15 mins after pulling up to a stall to get our order. Tonight, 4/11, was the last straw. On the way there, we ordered 2 Blasts. Pulled into the parking lot and the drive-thru line was almost to the second stall from the front so I pulled into a stall. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, and after the car that was at the end of the drive-thru when we pulled in had got their order, some guy comes over the kiosk speaker and says, “We’re short staffed. We’re drive-thru only!” I told the guy I had an online order and asked if I needed to go through the drive-thru to get my order. He says, “No we’ll get to yours when we can.” Another 6 minutes later “Bobby” brings my order out and hands me one Blast and walked away. I called out to him and told him I had ordered two Blasts and had another one coming. He said, “There was only one on the ticket!” By this time my wife was fed up and ready to leave, so I said to him “That’s fine” to which he replied, “I know it is!” C’mon Sonic! You better than that! If you can only staff for drive-thru, then turn the app off, or staff more people to handle the whole restaurant! Your managers know when the busy times are and when the less busy times are. Staff accordingly and hire people that want to work. Don’t tell me your short staffed when there are workers in uniform standing outside talking or taking a break. I’ll never come back to this...
Read moreThis location has drastically gone down hill in the last couple of years. The last several times I have been there I usually end up leaving the drive through before I even get to place my order. The service is super slow. There were only 3 cars in line this evening so I decided to give them another chance. The person taking our order literally stopped in the middle of our order and never came back. We called for them several times but they did not answer. We ended up driving around to the window where an employee with short pink hair just stared at us and didn't bother to come to the window. After a about two minutes someone who looked like a manager came over to ask what we ordered. She proceeded to hand my husband a milkshake with ice cream running down the sides without even offering him a napkin. He had to ask for one. She was unapologetic and unfriendly. This experience was just too bad to ignore. If you read my reviews you know that I try to be kind. If I have a bad experience I will usually give several chances before writing a negative review. I just do not enjoy writing them but this Sonic location needs some series help. I will not go back. I just read several reviews for this location and I see I am not the only one. Sonic should be ashamed of this location. There is no reason to keep it open with so many problems. The only thing you could possibly do to make this situation better is for the owner to get in there and access the situation and make improvements...

Edit: Today we stopped by again. Waited in line more than 30 minutes only to be told their ice cream machine was down. Then when I told them I sat there for 30 minutes for no reason they come back with "sorry". It wasn't what was said but the way it was said. Like they were exasperated by me. Like I was the one who was inconveniencing them. I wasted 30 minutes sitting there listening to my 8 month old getting fussy from sitting still so long and burning up gas that costs nearly $4/gallon. You won't let anyone pull in or order from the stalls and now we are sitting there waiting for no reason. There should have been a sign up or something indicating that there was no way to get ice cream. I mean it is the key ingredient to a huge portion of your menu items. How difficult would it have been to put up a sign at one of those empty stalls that says the ice cream machine isn't working? This is the absolute worst location I've ever been to. If you've got nothing to do and enjoy waiting for 30+ minutes for absolutely nothing, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go...
