My family and I eat here regularly and haven’t had any issues. However, the last two times I ordered from here were in the month of September. I ordered and paid online, went in and picked up my order and returned home. Happened to check my bank account and two charges from September came out on October 9th for well over $60. I went in to speak to the lady at the counter about the issue. She got my number and said she would call the computer company and get back with me. I didn’t hear anything backsliding in tonight and asked if she had heard anything and she rudely said she had text me. I told her I hadn’t received a text from her and she held her phone up and said, “See?” She sent it to the wrong number! Then proceeded to talk to me like I was a complete idiot about how I had two separate purchases! I understand that I had two different purchases on two separate days back in SEPTEMBER, so why was I charged again in October! She wouldn’t make it right and said I would need to talk to my bank. The only thing that was kinda inconvenient and the reason for 4 stars, is the lack of vegetarian options in the Thai category. There are serious shellfish allergies in the family and I avoid it myself. But all of the Thai options contained a sauce or ingredient which is made from or contains shellfish. I tried omitting the sauce and the person at the desk was prompt to accommodate my request and made the dish without shellfish, but it seemed to be missing a lot of flavor. They have very nice staff, and a ton of reasonably priced options. It just would be nice if they had some vegetarian sauces that they could use for the Thai dishes that didn’t have...

So I spoke and the lady didn't speak back. Just handed me a menu and said Pick! So then I had a question about a combination of meats instead of 1 entree. Everything I asked was just NO! It's not what she said but how she said it. So I guess that was her son who walked up and explained why. I kept being polite and ordered. After I recieved my food I said thank you and have a good day. Nothing! I got my food home and it wasn't even good no taste veggies not cook well at all.
