My friend recommended this restaurant, so I came here for lunch. We ordered cheese naan, chicken tikka, and roshali kebab, with medium spice. I expected the flavors to be like my Indian friend’s cooking, but it turns out the taste has been modified for the American palate—not as strong or bold in flavor. The chicken tikka needs more time to marinate so the flavor soaks into the meat, not just the outside.
