No negativity....... Texas Roadhouse got it going on like this 😋. This entire area in Hamilton Place is still growing like crazy. It's such a cool 😎 area located next to the interstate 75, and our area's largest mall Hamilton Place Mall. There are so many other popular restaurants in the area as well. There are so many other entertainment venues as well. Like movies ? Like shopping 🛍? Like to dance ? You are only about 15 miles from the heart 💙 of tourism. Welcome ..This Review is about Texas Roadhouse. My advice is get there early. They opened early 11am for lunch Friday only on Friday. Thats all folks. People are lined up already. Otherwise get there at 3pm the rest of the time. They keep it 💯 for a really cool crowd of mixed people. They have as many seniors, and families during the day. Night time is the right time, for the young adults crowds. It's crazy busy omg. I heard the wait list was 1 hour and then some. Nobody is leaving ! The young folks will go to the 🍸, and chill. If this is you now you know if you go. I highly recommend their steaks. Get it fixed your way, with a fully loaded baked potato 🥔 😋. You probably have eaten several delicious yeast rolls to satisfy your hungry. So did I 😆. I love their shrimp ! I had it grilled for sure omg delicious 😋. If you love steak throw in a Sirloin Shrimp Skewers, if you want a combo. They are known for their delicious steaks omg ! They have an extensive menu of really good food , and drinks. Great for graduates , but remember no reservations. You guys just have to get there early. The environment is just as cool , and clean. It plays a variety mix of country music, and nice videos. There are a lot of Legendary Professional Musicians 🎶 on display on the walls, along with other collections. The employees are all enthusiastic and, energetic to greet , and serve you with outstanding customer service. Please tip responsible. Got it ! It stays busy no reservations ever.... If i could give it no stars i would.Do not waste your time or money. We came out to treat the family and everything was fine at first. We have a 1 year old son so we needed a High chair. Had to ask 3 times for it. Then the manager came over and rudely told us (after my son was in it for over 30 min) that he couldn't be in a high chair and forced us to put him in a booster. Our server Jadyn was not attentive. We had to constantly ask several times for items or refills on drinks. When our steaks finally came out they were all over cooked. 2 were medium rare and they came out medium and well done. The other was supposed to be medium and it came out well done. We asked for the manager. She came out and immediately had an aditude with us. She was completely un professional and rude. My mom told her to take her steak off the bill that she didnt want one anymore. My step dad and myself wanted ours re fired. We finally get the bill and my moms steak was still on the bill that she didn't eat and sent back. I told her that hers needed to be taken off the bill and that mine and my step dad's meal needed to be discounted and she said that we re made it for you so there you go. She then proceeded to tell all of us that we were severely rude and made the server cry. We hardly seen her for one and she never brought us what we asked for. Also when our steaks were braught out to us they didnt ask if we needed sauce and didnt wait to see if our steaks were right. Im a cook and I can tell by looking at a steak if it's cooked wrong. The manager Tina was rude and un professional and she shouldn't be in that roll with the way she talks to her customers. She talked to us like we were the problem and told us that we didn't know how to talk to anyone and that we made Jadyn cry. We never talked bad or hardly talked to her at all. The whole experience was bad. We told the one that sits people that we needed a High chair. Then they proceeded to seat us and had to ask for a high chair 3 times. Then when he was in it for over 30 min they forced him to get out. When we told Tina about the steak being cooked wrong she laughed and smirked at us and said what ever to us at the table. WE WONT EVER BE BACK AND I ADVICE EVERYONE ELSE TO PICK LONG HORN OVER...

We had a disappointing visit at this location. I know the hostess was only doing what she's told, but after we put our name on the list and had been waiting for a while, the hostess addressed us as if not understanding why we were there. When we told her we'd already put our name on the list she asked of we had gotten a text that they were ready to seat us, which we had not yet. She then informed us that we could not wait inside due to fire regulations, which we did notice a paper sign stating something similar on our way back out. However, what we were more bothered by was that we were the ONLY ones asked to leave the building at that time (we were the closest to the counter) and I am currently VERY pregnant and it is VERY hot outside. (We aren't idiots, so we went and sat in the car with the A/C, but that was a waste of gas in the end.) Our server was a nice enough young guy, but he was definitely distracted with flirting with table of young ladies in the booth behind us. So much so that it was hard to get his attention a couple of times. We had to ask another passing server for our bread afyer being seated for some time. One of our kids ordered mac n cheese as a side and they got the mac part, but seemed to forget the cheese part. We did not bring it to anyone's attention because we weren't interested in waiting around any longer. My husband's steak was great, but that was about the only part of the meal anybody thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, if management reads this, maybe have someone go wipe down the walls and pictures in the back. It was really gross and had obviously been that way for quite some time. I'm sure it's just an oversight by those who clean up at close, but it was enough that neither of our kids (who both sat closest to the wall) did not want to accidentally touch the wall, so we all sat rather crammed on the end of our booth. The two stars I left are for the fact that nobody was rude to us, everyone seemed rather pleasant, and because my husband's steak was delicious. We spend half our time traveling to the area for work and eat out a lot. We'll probably eat there again because we do love Texas Roadhouse, but we will probably try our luck around at other restaurants before returning to...
