W XYZ Bar @Aloft Chattanooga Hamilton Place — Restaurant in Chattanooga

OK so no the food wasn't all that! But when I tell u I had the best time!!!!! I really did. My husband and I are truck drivers and we stopped here because we have a pick up in the area in the morning. We were going to check out Dave and Busters, which is right next door, and we went to cheese cake factory, cuz I had never been, to check out the menu. I didn't care too much for that, and b4 we went to Dave and busters, I saw wxyz. Now I love words so that really stood out to me so I told my husband we should see what it was and I do not regret it at all!!! Everyone was so friendly!!! The drinks were on point!! Shout out to Alexis, Jeremy and Brittany too. Brittany is the manager so she wouldn't accept a tip, but she made us some kind of brittanybitch! At least that's what I called mine because I didn't want coconut. But she impressed me. Definitely did that!!! We had such a great time. We sang our hearts out!!! Heard some beautiful voices and mingled like there was no tomorrow. I am definitely saving this location in my maps because this was well needed and oh! Please don't let me forget Mo!! He was the dj/karaokeorchestrator and when I say he is such a sweet heart. He is. He kept it Crunk and live the whole time. Thank u so much wxyz lounge. We had an amazing night. O and my bad, shout out to the security guard at the desk. He,too was super friendly and very informative on what we would experience upstairs...

Great place when the DJ is present. Chattanooga definitely needs a place where mature crowds can go with no drama and enjoy. They only have the DJ on Friday or Saturday nights for 4hours which isn’t a long time but the atmosphere is great!!! Reminds me of some of the lounges in bigger cities and Chattanooga is definitely growing and bringing big city feel establishments to town. I went on a night where the DJ wasn’t present and it was just dead felt like a Monday night instead of Friday or Saturday. Some may complain but they are probably old and don’t have the party vibes no more so they need to go elsewhere!! Chattanooga needs more places like WXYZ bar I love it!! KEEP THE DJ and lower the prices on foods and it’s perfect! I can definitely tell the difference in the servers when they DJ was there they were live look like they enjoyed their work environment when the DJ was not there it was just a dead environment!! Keep it up Chattanooga...

I paid a lot of money to have my daughter’s graduation here and it was a complete disaster. We invited 70 people and it was such an embarrassment. The roof top was dirty plus it was supposed to be private but other hotel guest were allowed to sit there. The food was not prepared in a timely manner and on top of that I had to help roll the food out once it was ready. I purchased 200 wings and only one pan was brought out, I ordered two fresh fruit trays and only grape and pineapples were brought out on a charcuterie board. The taco bar meat was cold and it was reported to me that a few guest was food poisoned. I ordered Tea and water but it wasn’t there. I’ve called several times and left several messages to the manager, Chad Reyes but no response at all. Also, I spoke to the bartender, Alexis, and she confirmed that we were treated unfairly.
