Today, I was at the drive thru between 12:20-12:43am the cashier was so polite as always and trying to move the drive they at high speed as much as possible. A Karen ( an older black woman ) which was in front of me wanted to give the young lady a problem after he order was so called wrong because of the topping she was told to pull up after receiving her order to fix it. She proceeds to park after 5 secs of waiting walked up to my car to go to the drive thru window to ask for her money back while trying to force the sweet cashier her drink and food and she is telling the lady to wait until I am out of the window to fix her order the lady from my professional opinion was being a b!tch the whole time from before ordering to getting her food she intentionally mad the drive thru longer was she takes you can catch Cov-19 from your car ( doing 6 feet in your car) then orders in a fast hurry and think someone has her order right seems like to me with a attitude from my car ( behind her) than she started with the bs I appreciate the cashier an all the staff that was there that more from Mrs. Tonya to the Cashier ( I used to work there thatâs why I know the assistant manager name) besides I feel like they need extra brownie points or a raise to be dealing with Karen at 12:00am like seriously if I was the cashier when she set there and kept giving me your drink back after you touched it then proceeded to be impatient about getting your order fixed look just make your darn food at home because itâs too early for that and no one has time for that. Thank You All Again the Staff Today on April 11,2021 that was working at TN-58 Location to being so Professional and Well- Mannered dealing with her entitled A$$ that lady was legit kept trying to focus the cashier to take food back into the store even though itâs cov-19 and you canât do that but the cashier was strictly telling her she can keep it so she wonât get in trouble but the lady wouldnât listen. First, this was a drive thru experience. I ordered a #5 no mayo (this is the son of the baconator) the lady asks, "Do you want anything else?" I said, a #9. She removed the #5 and said, "that doesnt come with mayo." I said, "I want both." She was coughing in the headset. I immediately wondered if I should just go elsewhere. At this point based on her tone I could already tell this could go very bad, quickly and with her handling my food I needed to remain calm. As I pull up I can hear the person behind me say, "Damn she is rude as hell." So I opened my door and asked if she was talking about the lady at the window and she said she was. As I pull up to the window she had the most nonchalant attitude I have ever seen in fast food. I hand her money and she hands me my change. She wasnt wearing a name tag so I couldnt identify her right away. As she begins to hand me my sodas she spilled one all over the window. Her response (verbatim) "At least it didnt get on your car." I just nodded because as I said this could go badly, quick. I sat in drive thru for about 8 minutes and I could see this rude woman coughing and she took out an Asthma pump and started giving herself treatments right there in front of the customers!!!!!!! Who does that??? This lady is handling food coughing and doing Asthma treatments!! I was in such disbelief! When she finally gave me my food I asked if a manager was available and she said she was the manager. She said her name was Sandy. Again, no name tag so I dont know how accurate this is and no receipt to verify this. I only eat Chik Fila in terms of fast food but they arent open on Sundays and my kid wanted Wendy's. After tonight; we will nevee eat there again and I plan to contact corporate tomorrow.

   Read moreMe and my father walked in, I noticed a worker roll her eyes and say âreallyâ like she didnât want to do her job. When we got to the counter I noticed two health code violations: one girl had hair out of her loose braid next to the fryer and the girl who took our order took off her glove partially and didnât change it after. The girl next to the fryer looked like she was playing with something in the frying pile while having the baskets down. While we were getting our drinks, our food was ready and didnât yell out to let anyone know. My father got the number 6 and his meal was good. I got the number 3 and my nuggets were cooked differently. (like one would be cooked nicely with no crunch while another would be just fully crunchy like it was overcooked. ) The tables and floors were sticky. I touched one table and it was more sticky then the sticky table we sat at. The floor looked disgusting and had some puddles that werenât mopped or had a hazard sign near it. At the drink station, there was multiple puddles of some drinks (couldnât tell if it was ice or not and it was sticky). I went to grab napkins and there was none, so I told the worker and she mumbled âthere in the backâ and didnât go back to grab the refills until another customer said they were out of napkins. A lady that went through the drive through, pulled up and had to go inside for her order. This Wendyâs store is terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible...
