I went on my lunch break to go grab what I thought was going to be some amazing Zaxby’s, yet I opened a box of horrors in my vehicle. And that wasn’t even the worst part. We ordered in the drive-thru, and ordered a spicy signature sandwich meal, the three nibblerz, and two drinks. Upon pulling up to the window, I noticed the gentleman about to fill our drinks, but accidentally knocked them into the floor. Luckily those cups weren’t just picked up and re-used, but instead we didn’t get them at all. The gentleman, whose name was Tino, proceeded to hand us a bag with only one of the meals and neither of the drinks. I then entered the building, and waited patiently at the counter for assistance. It took a second, but the gentleman eventually came up to ask what I needed. However; he did not greet me with a, “What can I get for you?” Or “Is there something you need help with?”, but a sharp and in an annoyed tone, “Yes???” I then explained to him the situation and he asked, “Was that all?” I responded with a “Oh, and the drinks”. I was not rude in any fashion, but this man then bulged his eyes with a shocked look and proceeded to roll them at me. I did not catch his name, as I was already appalled at the service I was receiving and could not believe he just rolled his eyes at me. An unkempt older gentleman in the back was working on my nibblerz. The only saving grace of this customer service experience was a woman who checked to make sure I had been checked on and that I didn’t need anything else. After this entire fiasco, I opened my box and this was the absolute horror that I had to bear witness to. A completely demolished nibblerz meal. Whoever made this meal should be ashamed of themselves, as they clearly ripped my buns and had not even the slightest care for his job at this establishment. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever endured in my entire existence and the Zaxby’s on Signal Mtn Rd should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t even know if this could be made right, but I would at least hope an attempt...
Read moreI really enjoy Zaxbys food. That being said, everytime we need a lot of food for a lot of people, we go to the nearest Zaxbys. This Saturday we were having a get together and told to bring finger food. I called Zaxbys at 1030 am to request a 60 piece platter and a gallon of tea to be picked up at 130. When i got there my total was $84. They gave me 2 8oz cups of Zaxby sauce. When I asked for a variety of dipping sauce I was told " this is all the 60 piece comes with" I said so you expect 30 people to share 2 sauces?" And the girl rolled her eyes and said "you can purchase more 8oz cups of sauces " I said "I don't want more 8oz containers of sauce, I want the dipping sauce, you know a variety, I don't even know anyone that likes the Zaxby sauce " and she said "well thats all it comes with" and i said "so I just paid $80 for chicken and you can't give me anymore sauce ?" I was about to ask for a refund when the drive thru girl Zoey, rolled her eyes and went over and started throwing a variety of sauces into the bag. I said "your attitude is nice thank you" and started recording her. Once she saw the phone, her ENTIRE deamnor changed. Now I've MANAGED fast food and I KNOW if this had TRULY been their "policy" a manager would have been called to handle the situation. Honestly the manager probably should have been called anyways requarding her attuide towards customers. That was really quite ridiculous. ESPECIALLY considering when she saw I was recording, she did a COMPLETE 180° turn. Zoey is very rude and OBVIOUSLY thinks she's some kind of boss and can treat people however she wants. If she still works there the next time I call an order in, I'll go to another store. She COMPLETELY ruined it for me that day. We're STILL dealing with Covid. How can yall expect 30 people to share 2 sauces? That's just disgusting. 15 people per cup?...
Read moreWent through the drive thru ,ordered some food, asked for some extra sauce after being charged. They insisted on charging my card another 25 cents for it. Then they didn't put the extra sauce in my bag. Remembered to charge me for it, didn't remember to give me the product after the fact. Called the shop after I got home, and let them know. They e-mailed me a credit for a free meal. Cool. Went to collect said meal today, was greeted rudely at the ordering menu, asked for some time to order, and was asked in less than 5 seconds , again, what I was ordering. Started to look through my email when I arrived at the window for the coupon I said I had. Guy in the window peers into my car while I'm furiously scrolling through my e-mail looking for the e-mail i originally got. Guy in the window asks me fairly snarky, "are you checking your e-mail dude" ? Just bleh.
TL;DR They didn't get food into my bag after remembering to charge me specifically for it. Offered me a voucher for "the chance to make it right" , 2nd experience, worse than the first.
Food was pretty good though, customer service less than lacking.
Edit: went back here against better judgement 4 months later, please avoid this place like the plague. Employees are incredibly rude. The guy who replied about emailing me never emailed me. Corporate Zaxbys needs to get...
