The only reason this place gets one star is for the food we received today. Otherwise the service deserves 0 stars. Our server, Luis, was unsatisfactory to say the least. My drink from the bar wasn’t even mace correctly, which is sad because it’s three ingredients, and 1 of those ingredients is ice. Then to top it off, at the end I kindly asked for our check split by what we had (2 people, two entrees. 1 each). He stated word for word, “oh you can split it by items on the computer here, but it’s not working, so you can just split it evenly down the middle”, and then turned and walked away from our table. Uhm, not what I asked for??? We had to wait for him to come back to ask for our check yet again, and since he never wrote ANYTHING DOWN the entire time, he had to ask us all over again what we had to eat and drink. Then he came back and had the check split incorrectly, which wouldn’t have been the case had he written down what each of us had ordered. Incredibly unprofessional. I work in this industry and I know writing things down is a KEY and SIMPLE step that every server should observe. Also our food, and our drinks, including our WATERS were brought to us by other servers. That also includes all the tables around us. Where was our waiter Luis you ask?? Standing by the POS system talking. Every single time I looked up, he was standing and watching as others were running his food for him. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Service was TRASH. Will never return to this location. Honestly wanted to speak to the manager but figured it wasn’t worth wasting any more of my precious oxygen in this place. FOOD WAS THE ONLY GOOD PART. Steaks cooked great, otherwise, wouldn’t waste...

EDIT: Reached out as requested, at no avail. At this point, we will just monitor for personnel changes.

A horrible experience after many good ones. If I averaged them, this location would have came out on top but I doubt we will be back any time soon, so this is commensurate with situation.

The marg tasted like water. Literally. When mentioned to the waitress, her response was that this is how they always taste and taking it back won’t make any difference because it will come back the same way. Manager, James, was more reasonable, said he tasted it and it does taste like water. Apologized, TOOK OFF THE KIDS MEAL and said the waitress will bring the proper drink out. The drink never came.

Margarita was still charged for, and so was a soda that was a part of a special and free. We said not to worry about the margarita (as the waitress strted arguing again “the manger is this and he said that and..”), just take it off, - and the soda. She gives the receipt back, the soda is still on it but she is arguing that it is not. In addition the kids meal that the manager took off IS BACK. We see another manger, George, he says they added the kids meal back because we asked to remove the marg and coke. The marg that we never drank and that was taken back wo a replacement. Eventually, the soda is off and so is marg, we pay the full check. Main manager, James tries to help the situation as we’re on the way out, but we are shaking, and over nothing - what was a simplest ask to replace an undrinkable drink.

Have been to this location hundreds of times, tasted many hundreds of margaritas, know all the waiters, from veterans to new hires (who came over to support us)....

Me and and my friend went there on Valentine’s Day and everything was fine and the food was great, this tall white male waiter was serving us but before him was this young Hispanic women (sorry if I get that wrong). He asked us if we where good and we replied kindly and thanking him. Me and my friend got up to leave but we went and waited at the door for the Uber to pull up and he came up to us asked if we where okay and we told him we where waiting for the Uber and he walked away. He came again and told us the reason he asked us was because we didn’t leave any tip and had the audacity to show the receipt?! My friend was paying but she got confused with the whole payment situation because you can pay on your own and we where a little tipsy before we even go to the restaurant. He asked us if we ever worked as a waiter before bc its hard. Tipping is completely optional and that was extremely unprofessional of him to say that. It ruined my whole night, so without even thinking twice I took 10$ And gave it to him and he replied, it wasn’t even like that, trynna make it seem like he didn’t just asked us if we where okay because we didn’t leave any tip. He gave me a 5$ change back. I wasn’t even thinking about the tipping part and that’s my fault but that was completely inappropriate. He didn’t ask anyone else and he came directly to us, we where one of the last people there and I felt like he took advantage of us. He should be grateful he at least as a paying job. It wasn’t about the money but about...
