Curly’s Restaurant is perhaps one of the best small-business restaurants in the entirety of Chelsea. I was struck by the Salvadorian cuisine in an Irish pub-looking joint (looks are deceiving). The Three Stooges theme was very adorable. I had ordered a Tipico Montañero and a Horchata, both of which were impeccably divine. The pork rind was fried to perfection, egg soft at its center, steak well-seasoned, plantain was savory sweet, rice & beans paired in earthy tones, and salad was crispy fresh.
