Taqueria El Charrito — Restaurant in Chelsea

Certainly not because is located in the center of Chelsea don't make this place a to go place for tacos or any other good Latin dish, the name of the place and the location are the best of this restaurant, the tacos I got were cold, let me say that again: cold tacos!! And being a Latino myself I know about tacos, my girlfriend, who doesn't seem to understand Spanish ( but she does very well), was completely ignored, the server never ask her if she wanted more water neither took her order she just asked: what does she wants?. That is just rude, but being the service bad let me go back to the food, we ordered tacos as an appetizer and again they were extremely cold, now cold pork meat isn't the best to eat, I ordered a churrasco which is grilled steak and I was very specific on how I wanted it to be cooked, rare, it came well done as soon as I saw that I call her attention her response: this is how we serve it here, my girlfriend had a salad which had lettuce tomatoes onions and 4 pieces of chicken, for $14.00 you would expect a little more, we asked for water and we never were asked again if we wanted a refill, when the server came with my bill she made it very clear where the tip goes, because apparently some people don't know know where to sign and she also mentioned that cash was welcome for tips, certainly one of the worst places to...

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would say worst customer service, and I mean worst. An hour and a half wait for the food, and when I called, the girl told me it was on its way. I told her to cancel the food and was told I would be put on the do not deliver list. When I received my food, it was ice cold, and I did not receive the beans with my order. I asked for a to go plate of rice and beans with chicken. For the price I should've gotten a lot more than barely any "yellow rice" with a small container of beans on the side, some small chicken and a random "salad" that was mostly just lettuce and tomato with no dressing. I went there because Bella Isla Express was closed and I found this place while driving home. For the same amount of money, Bella Isla Express fills the same to go plate with "Spanish rice and beans" and 2 huge pieces of chicken to the point it wouldn't close and they had to Saran wrap it and then put it in a bag.
