It hurts that I have to do a review on this Dunkin’ Donuts. This is a place that I visit frequently and I normally don’t have any problems with the staff or how my coffee is made. I decided to get some coffee today. It’s much later than usual that I’m getting the coffee and decided to go to my usual place. Lo and behold. It was the most horrible experience I have received and only order a large iced coffee. There were only two cashiers there, and neither one of them knew how to make the new mocha cold brew coffee being advertised that I requested. I have had this coffee two times before this visit today. It was made wrong, tasted disgusting and was thrown away twice. At that point I was frustrated and had the cashier make me a regular cold brew , even though I was charged on my card for the other coffee that cost more. When I asked the gentleman to make a regular iced cold brew he had an attitude and started slamming some things around and the other cashier was talking to him in another language, I believe Arabic and I can tell by her tone she was talking negative about me. So I then told him he could give me a refund if he had a problem making the coffee. He quickly threw the new order of coffee together which was a simple mocha and caramel swirl instead of the new mocha cold brew. I was never offered a refund for the extra money that was paid for the other order and left very disappointed. The reason for this bad review. Dunkin Donuts please hire and make sure your employees know the ingredients and how to make your meals and drinks for your patrons cause your the only one losing out. Starting out with this bad review and those ignorant employees will just find another job...

I get it if you’re having a bad day or if a customer gives you attitude to begin with but no one did anything for her to lash out on us. She’s lucky I’m laid back because if it was anyone else I’m sure they would’ve said or done something else to her. I’m sorry but that was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Dunkin. The other workers were nice, just the old lady with a long braid that has an issue with everyone. Recently, many Boston Dunkin locations have become stale, boring, lifeless locations by removing seating, prioritizing drive-thru service over lobby service., etc- but walk into this location any day to receive friendly greetings in multiple languages and a lobby that is clean and full of energy and life.
I don't come here very often but somehow my drink order was even memorized. Top marks...
