It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Chelsea

After trying multiple times trying to order wings through the website (we kept getting error messages) we were finally able to order. Our order was supposed to be ready within 20 minutes and after arriving my boyfriend sat in the car for almost an HOUR waiting for our order. He got the attention of a man running out orders and informed him that he had been waiting awhile and wanted an update on our order. He was met with a sarcastic attitude and told that “it’s been a short wait considering it’s super bowl Sunday”. My boyfriend again just requested for an update and at this point they can’t even find our order. After some time he back out with the WRONG ORDER. When told it was incorrect the man then said that it’s the correct order. My boyfriend then showed him the receipt to confirm that it is indeed the incorrect order. After more time he finally gets the correct order of wings. Then when my boyfriend arrived home we realized that he forgot the French fries that we ordered. Have been eating here for last 3 years and often recommended these wings, felt they were even better than Wingstop BUT not after today. They swapped in their boneless wings for what can only be described as chicken nuggets. Their bone-in aren’t terrible but not my fav, so take that into account.

Meat looks good inside but the crunchiness and size took a serious downturn. Also my favorite sauce got replaced for something much worse. And they swapped out curly fries for standard Chili’s fries, which I guess isn’t too bad of a change.

Also what was originally $10 for 12 wings and fries, then went to $12 and today was $13.50. So price increases but lower quality product? I’ll pass. Sadly won’t be back and will have to find a new spot for wings when I want dinner or when I cater a football get...

The food here is terrible! For a place that doesn’t give forks, knives, or napkins, because they “only do wings”, I would expect them to be making those wings perfectly. I got three orders of wings and every single one was cold, soggy, and and flavorless. The fries were also soggy and tasted old. I’m pretty sure this place does delivery only so no one can see the quality of food until they’ve already been charged for it. I should’ve just gone to McDonald’s.
