Our ordering experience was great on the app, whatâs to follow was not. We ordered and tracked out delivery. It said it was delivered with no contact delivery. We did not receive anything so I called the store 4 times to check the status of our order. Each time I was hanged up on.
My husband and I took the drive to the location to see if they still had the order so we can just do a carry out. To our surprise the first thing we noticed was no gloves or masks while they made your food. Two men were at the station where they create your food and not one had a mask OR GLOVES.
We asked about our order and the young man went to get the supervisor. He advised the order was on its way. We asked if he can call the driver to see where he was and he said no he could not. We asked to cancel our order. Which he would do, but when we asked for prof of cancelation and refund he said his receipt printer was not working and he couldnât give one. MIND YOU the receipt printer was working as I heard him tell another associate once a cancelation is made they are unable to create a receipt. Instead he told my husband âare you a tech person who can fix thisâ when my husband asked whatâs wrong with it as we saw it was printing.
Iâm disputing this order with my credit card, which was over 60$ as we had just finished going to my grandmothers funeral and were tryin to feed some guest we had at our home. Now reviewing my statement looks like I was charge double. Once yesterday and once early this morning.

   Read moreThis horribly run business needs a negative scale as their customer service is ghastly and appears to be run by school kids. Usually I'm satisfied with this store outside of their inability to cut a pizza correctly as has been the case with my last two orders. However today's lack of communication and rudeness from the young lady who answered the phone is inexcusable. The driver said that he was at my address(it was the wrong address). He called me unfortunately I was in the bathroom and called him when I came out, when he told me that he went to the wrong address and couldn't find it when I corrected him. He said to call the store which I did but was unable to resolve the issue with the young lady who answered the phone and consequently she hung up on me and cancelled the order without my consent. I then called back and placed the order again and was told to keep the phone with me at all times which I considered rude. After an hour and a half since I replaced the order it doesn't seem likely to be delivered today and as of now I have yet to receive a phone call regarding my undelivered order. Update 2/8/24...Unfortunately this business hasn't changed. These pizzas I received looked like yesterday's leftovers. I thought that I'd give them another shot and I see their product has become inferior. This...

5:30 I called Dominos, the gentlemen who answered stated that the my order was still at the store, no driver yet. He apologized for the delay.
6:05 The pizza tracker states driver leaves the store with my order.
6:13 The pizza tracker states that it is again being quality checked by Christopher.
6:28 Still no delivery.
6:34 received call from driver stating he was outside. Got my food and the delivery guy apologized for the delay and wished me a Happy New Year. When he gave me the food, it was not in the pouch tgat keeps the food hot. He just handed it to me. I checked food...everything was in my order was there. Was the food hot, NO, it was luke warm to cold.
I can not rate this experience with even one star. That one star is only there because you have to put at least one in order to post a comment, otherwise there would be No stars given.
It would have been nice if someone from the store had called to explain that they did not have a driver. Then, after the food sat there for so long, why didn't someone remake or keep it hot? No one enjoys re eiving a cold pizza from a delicery. It should not have taken so long for the food to have arrived.
