Wawa — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

This Wawa was fine when it first opened, but now its a joke. You easily wait 20 minutes for your food, and when you get it there's nothing on it. I've gotten 3 bare hoagies in a row. You want spinach? 2 leaves. Onions? We'll give you 3 individual slices of onion. The sandwich is so under-made that the tops of the roll overlap. Not to mention that you're gonna get maybe 3 slices of deli meat on half your sandwich and none on the other. Then the gas pumps are constantly broken or all taken. There's no space to wait your turn for a pump to open or it blocks the parking spaces. There is always fight or screaming happening in the parking lot, to the point that there are cops that hang out there now. The Cheltenham Wawa is less crazy than this one. Came in and ordered a Turkey sub, a pizza, and a frozen lemonade. Somehow I was charged twice for the order. Drove half an hour home, got halfway through the sandwich, to find a bug in my food. I immediately started to get sick. Unable to drive up there because I can’t leave the bathroom from how sick I am. Called and spoke to the manager, who refused to give me a refund, and said that the only thing he could do was remake it if I drove back and showed them the bug in my food. That I was charged twice for. I hope this reaches the right people. Didn’t even apologize or sound apologetic. Can’t imagine how many times this has happened there before. Not ok. Hello, Wawa was my favorite store until today, it's a shame that I ended up here. I came here with my family and wanted to order pizza for my child who is allergic to tomatoes. I ordered and immediately told the employee that they could make it without sauce, she said it wasn't possible, asked why? Then the manager came and I explained that we wanted it without tomato sauce because my 5 year old child is allergic to tomatoes. She replied that unfortunately it wasn't possible because Wawa is a no-requests store, they can't take special orders. I really don't understand, we wanted it without sauce, why was it not possible??? Sorry, we will never go...
