Brilliant lovely yummy tasty food served by awesome helpful people in a tiny space. This is absolutely my favorite breakfast comfort food source when I'm in Glenside! I really look forward happily to it, every time. ps: There are booths for 2 - 5 to sit in on location, but if you have a crowd of 6 or more, I'd suggest using the carry-out option instead - its just as delicious! And- they have always bent over backwards to help when I needed to do some dairy/wheat substitutions - not only did they hand-make a combo I could eat, but were happy and kind and generous serving it! I had my first cheesesteak at Rocky’s and WOW! From the moment we walked in, Donna treated us like family. She asked our names and we chatted while our food was being prepared. You could tell that this is a family run place with the community in mind. The cheesesteak I had was fantastic! I got it with a side of the homemade sauce which was the perfect balance of sweet and savory to complement the meat. The meatball sub had the same homemade marinara sauce. The meatballs were tender, well seasoned, and even cut into smaller pieces so each bite is perfect. They recommended we get the fries extra crispy which provided the perfect crunch! I had a cup of coffee which was one of the best cups I’ve had of drip in a while. Everything on the menu is very reasonably priced which makes this place even better!

I have been going to Rocky’s a Very Long Time. Clem and Joe are the Cooks, been there forever. They’re both great solid guys. Clem is extraordinarily knowledgeable on Baseball. EVERYTHING on the Menu is GREAT. I’m not a Big fan of Chicken Cheesesteak Hoagies but I order there at least once out of every 3 times. I have a brother with Down Syndrome. We used to come in at least one a week but unfortunately he’s in a Group Home now Donna Always asks how he is doing. Now I live in South Philly I try and get up there at least one every 6 weeks.?. I have to take Public Transportation but I usually see my brother the same day.
